Being a new patient, I was extremely pleased with Dr. Flores. She was very thorough, listened to all my concerns and took them into consideration when choosing my treatment plan. It was not like other places that rush through the process, she took her time along with providing explanations, education as well as future/ongoing treatment plan. I would definitely recommend her to everyone. Prior to appointment, staff informed me of all information that I needed to have at time of appointment.

Had a pleasant experience in the past, but last week was totally upsetting and a waist of time. I took my child out of school to take her for a checkup, after having an appointment for 2/3 weeks. Waited in the lobby for about 20minutes when they decided to ask for my child's social security number. Which no one had informed us of, keep in mind my daughter was a previous patient there. So obviously no consideration for their clients new or old. So at the end my daughter was not seen, wait of day. A few days later some one called me to apologize, but still won't get that day back- waisted. Changed doctors.
