Excellent staff real polite. Dr.s are great too fully explain everything. Also real efficient and fast in and out in no time with appointment. Been going there for the past 5 years

Called to schedule my annual visit as I do every year, and just to be sure, I ask about my insurance coverage before the appointment to avoid wasting time. The first person i spoke to over the phone was pleasant and nice/informational to speak to, I think her name was Ana. Unfortunately, there WAS a problem with my insurance so I told her I would call back. The second callback, however, a woman named Cathy, answered with unnecessary attitude and had it for the rest of the call; I asked her the same question I had asked the first lady and she had an attitude for no reason at all? I simply affirmed that I had called a while ago and she cut me off saying "well you did not speak to me" and tried her hardest to make me not want to go to this doctor or to not do her job and do a simple search on the computer. She kept going on and on about how I could not ask about coverage until I had an appointment, so, to suit her petty power games, I made one, and then continued asking her about my coverage. She then continued on and on and tried talking down to me about "for future reference this and that" like she knew better than me. Like I am not asking about future reference, I am asking for now and current reference: is my insurance or my parent's insurance covering my eye exam, or not? A simple question took this incompetent fool 5 minutes to answer. And when she confirmed my insurance had not updated, she was like, "see, now since I checked, you can know about your coverage". Like no, the other person was able to check without your rude and ignorant/arrogant attitude affecting the call. I told you over and over, the other person did not have as many problems as you seem to have with finding out this information for me, and I guess she didn't like that. It was unnecessary and petty; I think the doctors don't care about losing lifelong patients when they have rude woman like this one working for them at the front desk. It might be Saturday but it's NOT my fault you have to work today. I won't be going back this year for my annual check up I guess.

Great staff and Dr. Very patient. Drs there are great with so much knowledge. And service is outstanding. And where you buy your glasses they are great too

I had a pleasant experience. My son and I went in for the exam, and the technician was incredibly informative. The front office staff was also amazing very polite and professional.

Dr. Scott was great! He took the time to address and answer all my questions and concerns. Appointment wasn't rushed and he made sure all my questions were answered before I left. My family and I had a great experience on our visit. Definitely recommended!

I wish I had the option to give two separate reviews as the doctors are ok, but the office staff is absolutely terrible. They have the worst customer service I have ever come across. The office staff is so extremely rude and not helpful in the least. This place definitely needs an employee overhaul! My family and I will be finding a new eye doctor. If the doctors would like specifics, I can reached by the email on file.

We love Dr. Scott! He is so caring and takes his time with his patients. I have 4 children and they all like going with him.

All went well. Professional staff and Dr. was very informative. Highly recommend to friends and family to visit when need to see an optometrist
