So it is a very busy place, but this is due to the knowledge and professionalism of Dr. Gonzalez and his staff. Dr. Gonzalez provides positive results, my husband drives 5 hours to be treated by him. We had a specialist closer to home, but had an extremely poor experience. I feel that when you treat a large amount of patients because you provide excellent results; there are "hiccups" bound to happen.

Dr. Gonzalez provided examination and testing to detect demyelination of my optic nerve. He is the only medical professional whom I saw who did not dismiss my symptoms of myalgic encephalomyelitis. Dr. Victor Gonzalez also had the equipment available to enable testing of optic nerve conduction. No other practice in the RGV had the nerve conduction testing equipment at the time.

He is a very good Doctor helped me from going blind. I see alot of patients complaining about a long wait. He probably has a lot of patients. I would rather wait then have a Dr. with no experience or no good mess up my vision.

Worst Dr. and service ever. I will my give my Dr. A peace of my mind for recommeding this Dr. Over booked 2 hr wait in one waiting room. Then moved to another packed waiting another hour wait. Called in see nurse for 5 min. Back to waiting room. 15 min see intern...Dr sees me 5 min...go to pay window wait another 20 min to pay and make appoint for surgery. Per pay dr. And surgery. Two week wait for surgery. .get called day before surgery cancel to dr being out of town. Rescheduled surgery two weeks after. Day before get call my surgery is at 1pm..i complain and they tell me 8 am Surgery..show up at 7:30 waiting room packed. Needless to say after waiting for 2 hrs for what nurse tells me is a five min surgery ..and waiting for doctor in room for 1:30 mins I walk out. People treated like cattle ..his in it for the money only could care less for the people. I expect full refund for non survice will complain to better business Bureau and futher if i Have to.

My diabetic father had an appt. at 10 am and the Dr saw him at 3:00pm and was on the verge of hypoglycemic shock by the time we left. The "Dr" spent 30 seconds to do the procedure.

This place is unorganized and over book appointments and have you waiting for hours. They overcharge and takes 8 years for then to refund your money. I've told eye doctor to recommend another place and says it has to be at this stupid pkace, I guess they give out good commissions!

We we're there for our 9:30am appointment with Dr Victor Gonzalez my father 87yrs old was prepared "eye numbed with eye drops" for his eye injection the doctor never showed after a loong wait we were told the doctor was on his way from Weslaco TX then we we're told dr Victor was called out in an emergency and a doctor assistant was there to fill in for Dr Victor my father has a serious eye condition related to his aggressive diabetes we at home take very serious all doctor appointments my father has to get ready for doctor appointments 1 day before by showering shaving in the morning he checks his blood sugar level takes his insulin he has to have some breakfast to work with his medications insulin and pills all for a doctor no show.
