I had the worst experience with the Yadira. She was extremely rude and had no sympathy for patients. She kept speaking over me and said that my appointment could not be done because the 2 doctors Clarissa Gonzalez and Jennifer Guerra instructed her to call me since my daughter is a minor. I have used their appointment system for years and have been patient for 20 years. I explained how the appointments have ran every year for my daughter and myself and we've never had any issues being seen at the same time. I asked her for options and again said no. Finally when I told her I would be calling Dr Helgeson she came up with an "option" but not really because she didn't come up with a final solution.

Since I moved to the valley in 2001 I've had this eye doctor. He really gives you the full treatment. He check your eyes with care. He isn't one to rush you in and out. I love that he really cares about his patients. I have health issues and he took that into consideration when checking my eyes for any effects from my illness that may cause my eyes to get worse in vision. He is the best!

I loved Dr. Herlgeson's kindness and service; he was attentive and took the time to explain all the results to me with patience and great courtesy. In general, the entire staff working there provided me with excellent service. Without a doubt, it is the best vision clinic in the Rio Grande Valley.
