Marissa helped me today. She was so sweet and assisted me right away. I needed new nose pads for my glasses and she changed them out quickly and took great care of them also cleaned my glasses without me having to ask. Appreciate her help a lot.

I recently went in with my wife on Saturday July 29, 2017. We found a pair she liked and worked with our insurance plan. We were assisted quickly and had our questions answered on site. Looks like they have new staff. To say the least, they advised us that my wife's progressive lenses would take two weeks which is the norm. To my great surprise, they were ready in less than a week. I was VERY impressed and liked the fact we got the glasses quickly. I read the other posts, I had a very good experience.

went to inquire about contacts for my daughter,with no vision insurance ,price was important ,but with her high astigmatism...finding a good dr.,and correct prescription at a reasonable price , is what we found here. The manager recommended the dr there at the mall ,the exam was very pleasant and in no time, we ordered the contacts and glasses too. the manager gave us a rebate form for purchasing a year supply. what a great deal! our visit here was really awesome. we plan on coming back next year. we were able to get everything done so easy and in less time than other years before, elsewhere. We were very pleased, my daughter even got thinner lens, and better quality on her glasses, everything was explained very well on our options. I even earned jcpenney rewards on my purchase!

I love this place I have purchased 3 glasses and contacts over the past years. They have a great professional staff, the optical manager Fred is great he always helps me with any issues with my frames when they are crooked. I highly recommend this place to anybody who wants to save money and get designer frames.

Walked in, place was empty, no curteous hello can I help you. First question do you have a prescription and do you have insurance. Or I cannot help you. I never have experienced this before. Went to lens crafters. What a difference.

Does not know how to talk to customers. In a very bad mood.
