Ocampo Vision Clinic

I have visited Dr. Ocampo for several years now, and I highly recommend her. She is a very respectful and thoughtful professional who ensures that you are kept informed and comfortable at all times. Sometimes the wait is long, even with an appointment, but I understand that if she is this attentive with every person, it really makes me appreciate her attentiveness and dedication. I've attempted to try other providers, only to have to go back to her to fix their mistakes, so I've stuck around loyally. Besides, I visit the place once a year, and it's really worth the wait.

My partner and I have been seeing Dr O'Campo for three years now and are very happy with her services. The office staff is very efficient and courteous. The Dr is very thorough.

Dr. Ocampo has been my doctor since I was five years old, and now at 25, her service is just as amazing as ever! She is truly dedicated, caring, and always provides top-notch care. I appreciate her professionalism and the way she takes the time to listen to her patients. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares!

Dr. Ocampo is very thorough and diligent. I was seen relatively quickly as a walk-in on a Saturday. Don't let the negative reviews tell ya wrong.

First visit; prescription wrong. Second visit; prescription wrong. Third visit; appointment cancel, by who? No one knows. Staff implied I was in the wrong place and not a patient here... needless to say waiting for the doctor but please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Staff and dr were friendly but the wait time sucks. We waitied 3 hours before getting seen.

Great doctor; I've been seeing her for many years. However, the current staff is horrible. I went in for a walk-in appointment when they opened, and they told me they would call me in two hours, which they didn't. I checked in again, and they said it would be another two hours. After three hours, I called, and they barely acknowledged me. They were going to give me the paperwork to fill out again.

Made an appointment here 3 weeks in advance. 1:30 p. m. I was seen at 2:40 p. m. Customers were being seen as they arrived as walk-ins. Never again will I go to this clinic. I would give it no stars.
