I went to get an eye exam and was greeted by Yeraldin, she took me to the back to sign up for an eye exam with the technician Norma. Service by both ladies was AMAZING, not to mention the great deal they gave me. I would 100% recommend coming here & getting service done from Norma & Yeraldin!

I processed my online appointment for my daughter and I. Showed up 15 minutes before to get any additional paperwork filled. 15 after our scheduled appointment , I was told they couldn't verify coverage and I had to call it in myself. The rep I spoke to gave me the member ID and stated that's all they needed. Relayed the message, mind you this isn't what I do for a living. I am the middle man, but regardless it apparently wasn't enough. Didn't want to push it, it seemed no one there was in the best of moods so I just made my way over to the eye doctor next door who took in walk ins and had no trouble verifying coverage.
