Loved this place! Dr Diaz and her team have wonderful customer service. They saw me on time and made sure I understood all my eye care options. They also do hydro facials, hair growth treatments, and hair removal. I will definitely be returning for the hydro facial. I can't wait to get my new Gucci glasses

I can't say enough about how amazing Dr. Diaz is. From the very first appointment, I could tell she genuinely cares about her patients. She's not only extremely knowledgeable, but she takes the time to truly listen -- something that is so rare to find.
She never rushes through visits, explains everything clearly, and makes sure all of my concerns are addressed. I always leave her office feeling heard, cared for, and confident in the treatment plan we're following.
It's rare to find a doctor who is both highly skilled and so compassionate. Dr. Diaz is exactly that -- a genuine listener and an incredible eye doctor. I feel very fortunate to have found her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who actually puts their patients first.

I'm not sure where to start or what happened or why. My two kids went here and we loved our experience. We moved out of the area for a couple years and just moved back. I went in today to have my daughter's broken glasses fixed. The man who fixed them was friendly and worked effectively. The problem came when I asked for my daughter's prescription. I was told by the guy at the front desk that because of HIPAA he couldn't give it to me. Being in the medical field I know you're entitled to all medical history. To double check myself, I googled it and yes, I can have it. I don't know if he thought I was taking that prescription to get glasses elsewhere, I just wanted it bc my SIL was curious how bad her eyes were. When the guy who was fixing her glasses came to the front I asked him, he printed it out and said "it doesn't violate hippa." I left feeling like I left a cash grab business. We are a family of five all in glasses or contacts and this was going to be our place. Now we won't go back. If anyone has recommendations on eye doctors in the valley, we are open to suggestions.

I went here after looking everywhere for anyone to mount new lenses on my Cartier glasses, so many places don't do drill mounts, so to my shock Texas State Optical offered drill mounting service AND they do it IN HOUSE. I was amazed with the Lens selection and high end frames they carry as well. They answered every question I had ( I asked about mounting service turn around time etc.) The folks there were patient kind and welcoming so I dropped them off on a Tuesday and got them back in four days! Amazing as Every other business gave me 2-3 Week estimates due to the style of mounting. I will COME BACK if I ever need any glasses or optical services from them. I bought ZEISS PhotoFusion X lens and couldn't be happier! Top Notch and they are well educated Staff. Thank you all so much ! :)
