I called due to an emergency and was needing an urgent appointment. I explained my pain level, symptoms, discomfort and also stated I wasn't sure if it was due to infection or inflammation. CLAUDIA was very rude, inconsiderate and definitely insensitive. Suggested I contact another regular eye Dr stating Dr Choi only deals with retina issues which I'm fully aware being that I've been a patient of his for years. Dr choi himself has told me to contact the office if an emergency arises because ER visits are pointless in my case. And when I called a regular eye dr like she nonchalantly insisted even though the only eye doctor I've seen has been Dr choi, guess what? They told me to contact dr choi due to my dx and history with him. So when l called back and asked to speak to him directly because it was clear CLAUDIA didn't want to help or schedule me, of course she said he was "unavailable at the moment". Left me on extended holds multiple times, totally disregarding my request. This office so she said, wanted me to wait 2 whole weeks to be seen. CLAUDIA also mentioned l no showed several times which ISN'T TRUE. I always notify the office whenever I can't make it and that seldomly happens. CLAUDIA mentioned this even when initially booking my appointment yesterday as if it's held against me when it shouldn't be even if it was true. She was very dismissive and had a nasty attitude the entire time from beginning to end, which is the last thing anyone in pain wants to deal with. But regardless, no patient should ever experience what l experienced today. I've been a patient of Dr choi's for many years but I'll never return to this location for as long as they're allowing CLAUDIA to conduct herself with extremely below poor customer service skills.

My interactions with Dr Choi have been very positive. He is very much interested in my progress with my retina repair. Both he and his staff are excellent to work with.

The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Choi and his assistant make me feel relaxed prior to each procedure, taking additional time to answer any new questions I have. Check in and check out procedures are always done quickly and with very friendly individuals. Another positive visit. Love the facililty

I have been seeing Dr. Choi for an eye repair and follow ups over several years now. There is no one better in my opinion. My first visit years ago he saved my torn retina in my eye on an emergency office visit. I highly recommend him ! He is the best !

Dr Choi is always gentle and caring. The staff are pleasant and courteous.

Dr. Choi is phenomenal. His demeanor, honesty, and transparency is a welcomed and revered attribute. He takes the time needed to address concerns and clarify the nature of the procedure or event occurring with the eye. He is top shelf and worthy of one's trust.

Dr. Choi is the best! He shows care and compassion and does not do unnecessary procedures. I understand the decisions made as we do them together. When due to loss of job he helped me with paperwork to apply for assistance programs and once I had insurance again switch up to meet their criteria. He knows the eye and helps me understand what is going on. Don't love the shots but Dr. Choi helps me stay relaxed. The office staff is sonsupportive. Great group!
