This was the best eye exam experience I have ever had! The staff and Doctor are the friendliest ive ever experienced!!! I had a little puppy in my car when I went in the ladies in front office noticed him and invited him in while I had my exam. Family friendly the Doctor was so down to earth and friendly. Very thorough eye exam. I was extremely pleased. I just wish I could have gotten my glasses with them. But current insurance provider didn't was out of network to fill rx for glasses! Yes, hard to reach on the phone but chances are if you need an exam and go by the office located just behind Firestone on Big Spring in the afternoon on Tues,Wednesday or Thursday you can be seen that day. I was! Friendliest Doctor and staff. Id give them 10

I grew up coming here every time I needed glasses and the service was always great. Now when I call no one answers the phone and the voicemail box is always full. I just tried to go to the office to check if my prescription was available and there was a "no walk-ins" sign on the door and the door was locked. So how can I make an appointment if no one answers the phone and I can't pop up or walk in because the doors locked ? Doesn't make sense.

My appointment was the 16th of July. They told me the glasses would take 10 days to come in. After three weeks of no communication I asked my friend to pick them up. They were still not in and supposedly on back order. They had not called to update. Then said they would be in the following Monday. August 11th they aren't answering the phone! I go on my one and ONLY break and they still aren't in and they're all scattered brain can't find them and no one has an answer. I would not recommend! POOR Communication. Little no professionalism.

Never here never answer the phone I've been waiting on my daughters glasses for two months don't go here! Will be switching doctors!

First time here and absolutely loved my experience! Dr. McAndrew was very personable and kind!! His exam felt very thorough and seemed to cover everything, even discussing medication and health-related issues. The front staff was also very friendly and helpful!! I definitely would recommend others here and will be back!!

I've been seeing Dr. Mcandrew since I was a kid. He is the best. Truly cares about his patients and explains everything about your eye health/ vision during the appointment. He earned my business for life . I cannot recommend him enough !

I JUST HAD TO write a positive review the second I left the building. Entering the building the women at the desk are kind, patient, and professional . THEN you meet the best eye doctor in Midland. Hes kind, courteous and genuinely cares about his practice. I'm referring all my friend and family ! Thank you all for such a great experience!
