Scam. I made an appt to get glasses and they proceeded to tack on $300 plus of "necessary" extras. The dude basically didn't give me a choice to say no. Well, here I am about 6 months later and found a WAYYY better alternative. Head on over to Zenni if you want to be taken care of.
Bonus: We got my expensive glasses from America's Best blue light tested, and guess what? They failed horribly lol. Don't recommend.

Idk if its all or just the one in murphy, but they have managed to screw up every transaction i have had with them in the last yr. I wont go back, so i know it wont happen again thats for sure. Yes they apoligized & fine the 1st time, but then a 2nd & now a 3rd ? That just shows me the lack of care, thought, concern or respect they have maybe for not all their customers, but it sure was with me. You walk in, everyone is laughing talking, they see you everything goes quiet & it seems like you are a bother. Just completely unprofessional & lack of care. The sad thing, there will be no repercussions for them, but me, i have to find a new eye doctor. Cant stand how this world has become.

My boyfriend and I had never been to any America's Best establishments, prior to this visit, and we had such a great experience! We went to the Murphy, TX location and it was awesome! Everyone was so nice and helpful and seemed like they genuinely wanted to be there. Genesis was the person who helped us out the most and she couldn't have been better! She was so knowledgeable, so accommodating and extremely patient! Nothing we asked of her was an issue of something she couldn't help us with. We will definitely be back again!

My Dog ate my glasses. I was about to overpay to try and get a new pair overnight before my vacation. Sara told me I had insurance was able to get me frames then and order my lenses.. no charge!! Give this wonderful young lady a raise! She was a pro. It's so rare to get great customer service. Y'all have my business for life thanks to Sara!

The detailed help that I received from the staff at this location could move mountains! Ava answered all my questions with the patients and attentiveness of a professional. Ava knew it all! As for the assistant manager Doanna, i could not have felt more taken care of by such an intelligent and capable manager. I will always get my eye care from America's Best from NOW ON, specifically this location. I would give them 6 's if such an option were available.

Janelle and the entire staff were great. I was in for a contacts refill plus update my rx and I was in and out in 30 min. We were also there for an hour another day for glasses. Very efficient. I've never had an issue with them as long as I've been a customer, which is roughly 7 or 8 years all together.
