I came in recently for a new prescription- my old glasses broke and I haven't had a checkup for about 6-7yrs. It was my first appointment I had made for myself at an eye Dr, and I have quite a few issues with my eyes from lazy eye and astigmatisms, to ONH I was a little nervous since as an adult I had never handled this myself. But the staff went above and beyond to help; answering any questions I had, explaining everything very thoroughly, and helping me to find some new frames. Not to mention how sweet and friendly everyone was. From the ladies up front helping with my frames, to the Dr herself, and even the woman who took the payment at the end, everyone did an amazing job at making me feel extremely welcomed. I for sure recommend this location and will definitely be back for any future needs

Dr. Toppae is an extremely friendly, kind, competent doctor. I trust her with my eye health completely. The company's glasses are quite pricey (and my vision insurance isn't great), but her care is excellent.

My Own Eyeglasses Frames Went Missing While Under Their Care I have worn eyeglasses for 16 years and have never had an experience as disappointing and unprofessional as this one.I had an eye exam on December 27, 2025, and purchased contact lenses along with prescription lenses for my eyeglasses. I brought in my own brand-new eyeglasses frames so the lenses could be installed. I was initially told my order would be ready by January 6, then received a notification on January 3 stating my eyewear was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told only the contact lenses were ready and that my eyeglasses were still in progress. I followed up on January 16 and was informed that my order had been sent to the wrong MyEyeDr location and would be shipped to the correct one. When I called again today, I was given a completely different explanation that my lenses were re-ordered just yesterday and were not ready. Even more concerning, I was told they could not locate my eyeglass frames. My husband and I were both present during the appointment and personally saw the staff place my eyeglasses frames on a tray. Being told they "can't find them" is unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility, I was offered 50% off new eyeglasses frames, which is unreasonable since I already provided brand-new frames that are now missing due to their negligence. The staff, including the general manager, showed no sympathy, accountability, or concern. While I was refunded ONLY for the lenses NOT the lost frames, that does not resolve the fact that my personal brand-new eyeglasses frame were lost while under their care. This business failed to secure my property and provided inconsistent explanations throughout the process. Based on my experience, I cannot consider this a trustworthy or honest business. Future customers should be cautious when leaving personal items here. The unexplained disappearance of my eyeglasses frames and the lack of accountability raise serious concerns about trust and responsibility at this business.

Absolutely wonderful. Tiffany Elizabeth and Keisha were super helpful in finding me exactly what I needed and in my style. I'm sort of new to glasses causs my vision has been deteriorating since being in college and they helped explain everything perfectly for all my questions.

Got charged an extra fee because they did an exam of the back of my eyes, thinking it was part of the exam. I was never advised it would be an extra fee at all. It really makes me mad that when you go to any doctor, they don't tell you all the charges up front and do exams you don't even want. The extra $40.00 was not something I was expecting to pay, and I never wanted that part of the exam at all.

They have a box of old glasses they keep in the back you can add your lenses to. They are retro and I purchased two and had them fitted with lenses from my prescription! Now I have that cat eye vibe from 2000 I wanted. This is my go to place from now on for new specs!

We went so many other places looking for glasses for our son and this was the only place we could find the sensible frames we were looking for. On top of that, we were helped by Elise who was just wonderful. They made everything very easy and the glasses were ready in about a week!

Dr. Toppae and the team at MyEyeDr Murphy are amazing. They are kind, considerate, understanding, and great communicators. Scheduling, check-in, fitting, and check-out are all a breeze. I will honestly say they are the best team of eye care professionals I've ever used.
