This man is a great man.He was very kind and patient with me.His staff was Awesome! They answered all of our questions and made us feel very welcomed.I would recommend this eye Doctor to anyone.You will not be disappointed! Thank you Dr.Theoplillis and I thank your staff!

Come to this place as a new patient this morning to have a simple eye exam done. My appointment was at 8 o'clock a.m. Had insurance with no deductable and no copay. Got charged 41 dollars for what they said was a refraction fee. Didn't care to tell me what that was but paid it anyway. Put me in a room for 3 hours. Never seen the doctor not one time. A women with a kid came in 30 mins. behind me. The kid screamed at the top of his lungs for two hours. Still never seen this doctor not once. He came by the room i was in picked up my chart i know twice and put it back in the holder. Went to the kid room i know twice and spent time in there with them. Never once did he come to my room. Got really upset an left. By this time it was 11 o' clock. Didn't get my 41 dollars back and he never even called to find out why i left. I have never went for a simple eye exam and been there 3 hours with out seeing a doctor. I have wore glasses since i was a year old. Never been treated like this or pay for services i didn't get. I don't think this is very professional.

Omigosh, RUN, not walk, away from this guy! Total quack! Took me for over $300 and I never got decent contacts. He told me if I could see the light at the intersection where his office sits and the huge sign in his parking lot FROM THE PARKING LOT, I was good to go. Are you kidding me? Yeah, I could see them, but not clearly, but he didn't care. Plus you'll wait hours - literally - and then they'll either go to lunch or close for the day, having never seen you! Both of those happened to me.

I had a laceration on my eye and was told by urgent care I needed to see an ophthalmologists. I Have an HMO with BCBS and and was limited on who I could be seen by.I did research and found 2 that I could be seen by. I called my first choice but they were booked for the day and couldn't see me.I had read the reviews on Dr Chukwueke and was apprehensive about calling but I was in so much pain he was my only other choice.I called and they graciously worked me in.My experience with Dr Chukwueke was not what I had read about.He was caring,calming and was veryprofessional with a nice personality. He had eye contact when he spoke to me and put me at ease.i will definitely be returning as a patient.I will also give his staff 5 they were awsome.PLEASE REMEMBER TO BE PATIENT THEY ARE WORKING AS FAST AS THEY CAN!!!!

Dr Chukweke is not only my opthalmologist but my friend. He knows who I am & once he recognized that I'm a caring person we were good to go. Check him out!
