i got a referral to them from my Dr. i dont know how she found them but thet are unprofessional. I had a stye, it took her four appointments visits to make a decision to remove it or not, the nurse Tamara was nice and helpful but that Dr. E is not a understanding doctor, thus was my first time having a prosedure done like this she didnt talk me through it, i didnt know what to exspect, after she numbed me and she was noticing that i was in pain she stopped and asked if i wanted to continue or stip, i was like why stop my eyes are numb now, cant turn back now, i was in pain and she was treating me as if i was making all of it up, like how do you know what i feel, when it was all done she walked out the room, without telling me anything, then turned around bc i asked did she get it all out she said no bc of the pain i was in she didnt want to continue. then i asked if i needed a follow up appointment she laughed and said i hope you dont need to come back. overall my experience was horrible, scary and i dont trust her.
I was in Dr.E. office yesterday, she appears to be thorough, but if I'm not mistaken, total in all drops to dilate was about 13 drops in each eye- 1/2 from her assistant then she put the rest- but that wasn't the worse part- though I have my own transitional glasses, they didn't even offer a pair of the plastic dark shaded lenses to protect my eyes- I forgot to ask and once I was outside, I couldn't see - the sun blinded me- then I walk with a cane- So I struggled to my car- I didn't want to attempt to turn around and struggle back in to the bldg. I sat in my car for over an hour trying to cleanse those drops out, it only helped a little, I had to drive very careful down hwy 365 and make it to $general for eye drops and some kind of shades- they had the drops but no shades- I had 20 miles to go - riding under the influence of yellow eyedrops- eyes still irritated- I called back today to ask what is the protocol and was told that they had just gave out their last pair of shades- I'm like' you didn't say anything about my safety- and put me as risk driving- But you pay for everything individually or you don't get it- even a copy of your report- the young ladies were respectful- but this would also include Dr.E being that she was supposed to make sure her patients are taken care of. Too many accidents out here already in they took me having glasses already for granted.
My mom's appointment was at 1 but they forgot about her until my mom reached out to them at 2. The staff there gave her an attitude when my mom asked how come it was delayed. The scan took about a few minutes which I felt like could have been done nearer to the appointment date. (I understand they open at 1) If it's that long then schedule us at a later time? So we don't just sit there for a whole hour and more. I just didn't appreciate the bad attitude
Doctor apparently goes on vacation without giving patients any notice or timeline. When you try to call you get a voicemail recording. Just a tip. If the sole medical professional of your business is away maybe leave a recording informing patients of when they can expect said professional to return. You have people out here waiting months for procedures with little to no word. All around unprofessional, and will likely be changing doctors.
My family and I absolutely love the attention and professionalism of the staff, they are always booked because we receive the Best case here, I've had laser surgery in both eyes and it was breeze, . Worth waiting a little while in the waiting room.... ..I recommend dr Ezzuduemhoi for your eye Care. Sincerely , Ms cruz. 2024
I had to visit Dr E today for a very serious eye infection/corneal ulcer. She is so brilliant in her expertise, professional, kind, compassionate and she knew exactly how to help me. Her staff is so friendly, caring, knowledgeable and amazing. I recommend this practice if you need the "best"!!!! 5 stars!!!! Thank you Dr E and Staff.
Was there today. Had no record of my brothers appointment. Told us just wait and they would get right to us. Nearly an hour later we realized we would have to sit there till the end of the day. Needless to say we left.
I had a good experience with Dr e .her staff was professional and caring .I'm in shock at some of y'all's reviews because my experience was amazing .the Dr is very much appreciated.
