It is horrible Charging a 4% service charge for the use of a debit card is ridiculous Your business should be ashamed. Been a paying customer for a long time now, but I guess I'll have to change where I do business. States that prohibit credit card surcharges and convenience fees Ten states prohibit credit card surcharges and convenience fees: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Oklahoma and TEXAS It is illegal for merchants to add any surcharges to credit card transactions or charge convenience fees to nontraditional payment methods in these states.

Such sweet people work here!! Never had a bad experience. They have helped me when tso wouldn't. Without a charge for some things. Wonderful people very patient and nice!! My mother and I love this place!! I highly recommend it!!

Very welcoming and lovely staff... Jean and Charise are wonderful and most helpful. All of my questions were thoroughly answered. Also, with Miss Jean's help of finding the perfect pair of glasses with complete patience was unbeatable. I appreciate the excellent service.

Phone must be off or you will lose the appointment. My wife brought my mom there for an appointment they were instructed to turn their phone off;Evev though with out regards to peoples life could count on their location and if they may be in a situation they can't respond. See my wife is a Dieabetic and this loss of communication can not be in the best interest .To whom it may concern this is something that is out of place unless there are people that can do more than call 911. Thank You.

The MOST dysfunctonal eyeglass place I have EVER encountered! My glasses have one lens darker than the other. I look like like a Richard. Thanks a lot! This is the WORST place you can go. Avoid it like the plague!!!

If I could give this place one star I totally would. My experience was absolutely horrible. To the owner: I left without even getting any glasses.
