My complaint is when I went to pickup my order, the office was busy but it took 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me to sign me in and then wait some more. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable , this was my first pair of glasses after cataract surgery/lens replacement approximately 4 years ago I am a barber and wear bifocals so it's not the normal placement of the bifocal as it's not so much for reading but looking straight ahead . She was able to pull up the placement of it last time and put them in exactly the right spot.
