Had an eye appointment here this week and it was an incredible experience. The person on the phone who I talked to to schedule the appointment was friendly and helpful. I am so happy with my new contact lenses! Dr. Feeser actually pulled back my prescription intensity a little, and I am looking forward to my new glasses. With my prior provider, I was not able to see at all with my contact lenses but these seem to be a major improvement. Shoutout to Eunice for walking me through the process, quoting frames and providing excellent exam prep. Anthony was friendly and helpful in scheduling and the purchase of my contacts. It's like pulling teeth, trying to Get these people on the phone. Got my exam done, Called the office multiple times to ask to change the contacts or the brand.... No answer. Decided to show up, And all the girls in there are sitting around gossiping. I ask for my prescription for my contacts so I can go elsewhere, And to no avail, They refused to provide that to me. I've never had a problem getting my prescription From my eye doctor ever.
