I had a great experience at Custom Eyes! Dr. Cavallaro was very sweet and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my visit. Ellie was incredibly helpful and patient with me, especially since I was very indecisive. She took her time and made sure I was happy with my choices. I've been going to Custom Eyes for over 10 years. I've seen all three doctors there (Damani, May, Patel), and they're all great. The office staff has also been friendly and helpful. They're pretty much right on time for appointments and appointments aren't rushed - there is plenty of time to bring up any questions/concerns. I've also been able to schedule appointments same day/next day multiple times.
I recently had an appointment with Dr. Damani (probably who I've seen the most here) and was reminded of how wonderful she is, inspiring this review. She's extremely personable and knowledgeable. During appointments, as she's reviewing past and current results, she thinks out loud. This has helped me learn much more about eye health, and I think it's fascinating! Over the years, my prescription has also improved, with her guidance to not wear my glasses when I don't need them and suggesting slightly weaker prescriptions than my actual.
Overall, I can't recommend Custom Eyes enough!

I've been going here for over a year and have been very satisfied with my care. But when I brought my 4 year old daughter here to get her vision checked I was blown away! My daughter is a nervous one when she goes to new doctors offices, but the way Cristina and Dr Anne Marie handled my daughters nerves was incredible. Cristina would make up funny stories with some of the machines and talked to her like a friend. Dr Anne Marie got on my daughters level (literally) and made my daughter feel way more calm. She even checked her bunny's eyes for fun and my daughter thought it was hilarious. My daughter left the appointment saying she loves the eye doctor. Highly recommend this place if you yourself are looking for caring providers, and especially if you have kiddos! So great to go to a place where they care for ALL their patients no matter the age
