Houston Lasik & Eye

Dr Tran and the staff were very thorough and professional. I was worried about my eye health but was assured by Dr Tran who gave a thorough explanation about what I was experiencing. She has a wonderful bedside manner and the front staff and technician were very sweet young ladies. I'm sending my entire family here.

**UPDATE** After posting the review below, I was contacted by Jerry from the Sugarland location. She apologized, said that the staff held a meeting to discuss what happened and quickly worked to remedy the situation. I thanked her and was very happy with their quick response to my concerns. Having thought the matter closed, I was further surprised to also receive a cake, hand-delivered to my door! If that were not surprising enough, Jerry called again after my daughter's contact fitting to ensure that it also went well. Thank you, Jerry and Houston Lasik & Eye for your outstanding customer service! I am blown away by your response! My children and I have gone to the Pearland location for years and has been a good experience, but now that they are under renovations and temporarily relocated, the customer service and organization has gone completely out the window. We ordered contacts for my daughter and were told they would be in after a week. After that week and no information from them, I called multiple times, over multiple days. The receptionist could never give an answer, always had to supposedly wait for the doctor to respond once he was finished with a patient. That would have been fine if she EVER called back after the 15 minute window she said she would. I would call back a couple hours later and be told the exact same thing! She was obviously never talking to the doctor at all. After two weeks, I called to inquire again and the receptionist thought maybe they were lost and possibly sent to their Sugarland location. She said she would call there to check and call me back. Again, no call back. After three weeks, she finally called to say the contacts have finally arrived , but there was no possibility of us coming in to get them for another 48 hours because the solution they need to provide for them is at the Sugarland location only and needs to be brought over! Are you kidding me?! Two weeks late, terrible customer service, and you couldn't think ahead to get contact solution from 20 miles away? We are very disappointed. I highly recommend avoiding this practice until they are back in their regular location, which I was told will be October. Until then, go elsewhere!

Very friendly staff and Dr. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend them!

First time to visit here, all went great he knew the Doctor we used in Beaumont Tx so he had all our records. Great bedside manner, staff is very professional.

We've been seeing Dr. Amjad Khokhar for the past four years, and I can't recommend him highly enough! He is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. He has a wonderful way of connecting with kids, making every visit easy and stress-free for my little one.

The Office staff was very polite, friendly, helpful. The doctor was very kind, gentle, & professional. She explained everything to me & clearly answered all my questions. I highly recommend Houston Lasix & Eye for all those needing eye care of any type!!

I highly recommend Houston Lasik & Eye to anyone considering getting Lasik! I've actually been to all three of their locations, and I can say without a doubt that I received the same level of respect and kindness at each one. They were always eager to answer all my questions. On the day of the surgery, I was a bit nervous, but the staff and the doctor were so comforting, and before I knew it, the surgery was over in less than 10 minutes!
