Dr Jones and her staff are awesome. Clean and comfortable and safe atmosphere. They're concern about your well-being answered all my questions. Dr Jones was very nice and patient with me she didn't rush she examined my eyes to the T. She made sure I understood everything during my examine. She made me fell comfortable during my visit. I recommend my family and friends to her yes she's just that good.

I've been going to Memorial Eye Center for years, and Dr. Nguyen and her team are the best! Dr. Nguyen is always patient, caring, and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect with my vision. The whole staff is friendly and professional, but I really have to mention Anna -- she's amazing! She's always welcoming, so helpful with scheduling and frames, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about the patients. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen, Anna, and the entire Memorial Eye Center team -- they make every visit such a great experience!

Very great service. Janet and Anna are super helpful in helping pick out what glasses to get and explaining the prices. Dr. Dao is amazing and she explains in detail what you need done. Very clean facility!! -I had to come back to reframe the glasses I currently have because they were too big for me and Carmen was excellent she helped me choose which ones properly go with my face shape. Great place!!

The staff is very friendly knowledgeable. Maria has gone above and beyond helping pick out the perfect frames that fit my style.

Discriminatory Policy Applied AFTER Booking - Avoid! I am writing this review with profound disappointment and frustration. I scheduled an eye appointment for my daughter earlier this week, securing an after-school time slot that would not interfere with her education. Three days later, I received a call from the office stating that because my daughter has Medicaid, her appointment needed to be moved to an earlier time, during the school day. When I explained that this was unacceptable and would require her to miss school, the implication was clear: her education was not a priority for this practice. The staff member explicitly stated they have a policy against scheduling Medicaid patients in the later afternoon. They retroactively enforced a discriminatory policy, trying to take away a slot we had already booked. This is more than just an inconvenience; it is a disrespectful and discriminatory practice that creates a two-tiered system. It sends a terrible message that patients with government insurance are less deserving of consideration for their time and their children's education. We were made to feel like second-class citizens after the fact. A medical practice should care about the whole well-being of its patients. This office has demonstrated it does not. We will be taking our business to a center that respects all of its patients, regardless of their insurance provider.

This pkace is a hidden gem and Dr. Jones spirit is just a positive vibe by iher self and her staff is phenomenal and know exactly what they are doing. All smile my way , you should visit here if you want great service!

Great service. I didn't feel any pressure to buy or do anything I didn't want. Check out Dr. Ali, Maria and Anna. They helped me a lot on my examination and choosing glasses! Will come back again next year.

The staff is very friendly and the Doctor was prompt, patient and kind. They called to follow up quickly and had a great kids play area to entertain the kiddos. I highly recommend this for the whole family.
