I was impressed with the staff at Progressive EyeCare. I called and requested an appointment and was quickly scheduled the next day in the morning. My benefits were explained to me and cost were discussed upfront. The day of my appointment I was notified I had the option to be seen earlier; which I appreciated. Upon arrival, I was greeted and quickly seen. Everyone I came in contact with were professional, friendly and skilled. I will be back when it's time for my next eye exam.

I had an amazing experience at this eye doctor's office today. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I understood every step of my visit. My appointment started right on time, and the team moved efficiently without ever making me feel rushed. The doctor was incredibly thorough--explaining what they were looking for, answering all my questions, and giving helpful recommendations that actually made sense. You can tell they really care about their patients, not just getting people in and out. The office was clean, organized, and equipped with modern tech, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. By the time I left, I felt confident about my eye health and grateful for the level of attention I received. If you're looking for an eye doctor who combines professionalism, kindness, and great service, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Was great experience until I left, front desk forgot to charge me and they made it seem like it was my fault. Right before I left I asked if that was it and they told everything was good, so I left. While I was at Costco to pick out glasses I get a frantic call from my wife, she asks if I'm ok because whoever spoke to my wife told her I ran out without paying. When I left Costco I went immediately to pay and they didn't say anything about it. My wife and I felt humiliated and angry like I wasn't going to pay $10!

My eye exam at the ophthalmologist's office went very well. The doctor checked my vision, eye pressure, and looked closely at my eyes using special lights and machines. Everything was explained clearly, and the staff were kind and helpful. The office was clean and comfortable. I learned more about my eye health and felt confident with the care I received.

Dr Chen is nice and have been very patient with me during the eye exam . The only thing that was not clear was the mode of payment. When I called to schedule an appointment the lady told me that I have a $10 co pay and I should bring cash because they have a minimum payment of $20 to use a credit card. So the guy at the front desk told me that today they cannot accept cash because the other doctor is not in today . But if I will use my credit card there's a $3 extra fee. I told the guy I do not want to pay extra $3. So he said to pay Zelle. So now I have to open my bank account do all the necessary stuff and I am not really a techy person. And I can't even barely hear him on his instructions because he talks so weak and soft and I can't hear him well .If a person does not have Zelle why they should pay extra using their credit card when the only reason they cannot accept cash because a person is not there on that specific day . .. They should have an alternative person to accept cash .

Even though they were doing some maintenance, they took the time to give me good service and good recommendations.

Dr Chen is very nice, thorough, and took the time to explain everything. That being said, it seems that they overbook and the two times we visited, we had to wait at least 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment. The office will send a text, email, and call to confirm but they don't follow their own standards. If you visit them, expect to wait.

Went for my kids eye appointment and it was smooth process, no long wait ,staff are fast and accommodating. Dr also is very thorough as well thank you for a good experience , would recommend to everyone.
