Vision Source - Shadow Creek

I had an excellent experience at Vision Source today for my eye exam. The entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. From check-in to the exam itself, everything was smooth and well organized. Dr. Kalani took the time to explain each step clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. The staff helped me explore lens and frame options without any pressure, which I really appreciated. Overall, a top-notch visit -- I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality eye care and great service.

I arrived to my appointment early and was seen very quickly by the doctor. Afterwards, I spent a lot of time with the Optician trying on glasses. I told him (his name is drawing a blank at the moment), that finding glasses is hard for me because everything looks good on my face. He laughed it off but soon realized that I was telling the truth. We worked together in finding me two great pairs of glasses (I wanted a second pair). Great experience overall today!

My experience was phenomenal and the staff is always so polite and helpful! My eye exam was also a joyful experience by a competent Doctor. She was patient and full of information to help me to have greater vision. I certainly recommend this office for all your future vision needs.

We have been seeing Dr. Kalani for years and he is always extremely knowledgeable. The office staff are friendly and professional specially Stephanie who is always very helpful. The office is very clean and has a great selection of frames. Highly recommended!

We placed our order on 21st Jan and till 10th Feb we haven't received our order. They are super delayed and price varies a lot. Frames are on pricey end and they will charge you more until you bargain and request alot. Doctor is nice. They have good machines and methodology. But eyeglasses highly disappointed me
