Greeting immediately when I entered help immediately Ms. Sherebiah was amazing she picked my glasses based off of my style and the sunglasses I wore in perfect fit loved them. Her detail and patience is ummatched. She explained everything asked what I would prefer gave me the difference in her suggestion verses mine suggestion. Of course hers advise totally better. She gave me time to decide. She is a multi Tasker with tons of knowledge. Would not attempt to go anywhere esle the experience will not be the same I'm sure of it..

Very professional and kind staff, Im a rather picky and complex person when it comes to trying new places especially for my health... they didnt disappoint. Dr Jessica was fast, thorough and answered all questions and gave me reccomendations and education i didn't have prior. The tech was dedicated and efficient, front desk is super helpful and kind. Never had an issue contacting them. Definitely my new office now thank you a ton ladies

Recently, the manager Sheribia (probably not spelling that right), with the help of Sabrina, resolved an issue for me quickly and efficiently without me even having to follow up. That's top-tier customer service.
Every visit over the years has been a pleasant experience, and the staff is consistently professional and kind. Highly recommend this location.

They were very helpful! Only one of the places around here who could figure out my insurance without using this tablet. For some reason it wasn't showing up anywhere else and the other places couldn't call. This place solved my issue. Friendly and fast. I don't know her name but she was the manager I think with short hair.

Bad customer service. Only one male attending the store and he spends time talking about his life with customers while others wait. A lady just left because he did not even acknowledged her. Dont waste your time. Find another place for your glasses. I went on 01/15/2026 at 6pm just to pick up my glasses and had to wait more than 1/2 hr while he was talking to other customers about his personal life. Do not recommend.

-1 star visionworks bait and switch. The rayban frames in the store says made in Italy and cost $299 but you receives glasses made in China . The customer service is horrible at the Pearland Tx store.
