Aura Eye Center is truly a standout when it comes to eye care. I've been dragging my feet about the whole "needing glasses" thing ever since I turned 47--before that, I only wore them to be cute! But now that I actually need them, I had a million questions and a whole lot of hesitation. Amber and Kitryna were absolute lifesavers. They were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and kind. They took the time to explain everything in detail--single vision vs. progressive lenses, where my eyes should line up on the progressive, why I have to move my head around to find the right focus point, and so much more. I'd gone to another vision center before, and I just felt like a number. They rushed me through and barely answered my questions. But at Aura, I felt seen (pun intended!). Amber and Kitryna genuinely care, and it shows. Plus, they offer Varilux lenses--the gold standard for progressive lenses with the widest field of vision. It made a huge difference in comfort and clarity for me. The customer service is top-notch, and I'm honestly never going anywhere else as long as I live in the area. If you're looking for great care, expert guidance, and a team that actually takes the time to help you see clearly and confidently, this is the place. Five stars all the way!

My wife and I recently visited Aura Eye Center for our routine eye exams, and we were extremely impressed. The staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient, and the wait times were very short. The environment feels truly upscale -- modern decor, clean spaces, and advanced technology that gives you confidence in the care you're receiving. The doctor was excellent, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. We both left with updated glasses/contacts prescriptions and felt very satisfied with the outcomes. Aura Eye Center combines friendliness, professionalism, high-tech equipment, and a pleasant atmosphere better than any eye center we've visited. Highly recommend Aura Eye Center.

This is the best eye care in the Austin Pflugerville area. Dr Tran is very knowledgable, understanding and an all around fantastic care giver. Here entire staff is very welcoming, fun and caring.

Dr. Tran took the time to truly understand my needs and, although they don't carry Air Optix, she recommended a different brand that turned out to be a total game changer--my vision and comfort have never been better! The entire team was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend Aura Eye Center to anyone looking for exceptional eye care.

Second year coming here and still receiving stellar care! Any and all questions are welcome even after glasses are picked up, which was very helpful after switching to progressive lenses. Everyone is incredibly friendly, giving you that small town vibe in a major metropolitan area. I highly recommend supporting this local business!

I love visiting here I came in a year ago and again recently for my annual eye exam!! Most comforting eye exam I've ever experienced and it's such a pleasant and nice environment. They definitely have a warm and welcoming environment. The doctor really takes the needed time with you as a patient and allows you to feel heard ! My experience is always good and I'll continue to see her
