I normally don't do this but I felt something off during my visit. After thinking about it I realized that the visit wasn't personal. This was my first visit after the practice was sold so I decided to give them a try. No one introduced themselves to me like the first time at My Eye. After the assistant did her initial stuff, I told myself that the Dr would introduce herself seeing that this was our first appt together. Nope! No introduction. No hand shake. No how are you. She started with " is there anything else going on besides ......". The visit felt rushed. Box checked. I was a long term patient of Dr G mostly because of the warmth and inviting feeling she impressed upon me. I hope Dr Dang will also create an inviting office. I took pride in having the same Dr for many years who really understood my vision and how work and my personal life factored into my vision. After the visit I got my prescription print out but no one asked if I wanted to check out the frames and fill it. I've always bought my glasses from My Eye but I guess no one was interested in that today. As I drove home I thought " it must be the age factor". Younger office, not rude but not very personable either. I enjoyed that the visit was short but I would've loved for it to be a few mins longer to feel like I'm transitioning to a new " relationship " and not just a new " transaction" . I also hope that the new prescription is the fix because it was a fast appt. To end on a highlight. I did like the education part of my visit. Dr Dang explained the images and what she saw. I did like receiving my prescription on paper without having to ask for it. I'm not bashing them. I want this to be constructive criticism to better the practice.

I've been going here for years. I knew there had been a change in ownership. I've been patient with the transition process. I won't be going back. When making my appointment they asked if I had medical insurance & what kind. She didn't ask me for insurance card information. I get there today after leaving work early to be advised my deductible hasn't been met and I would be responsible for paying 100$ to 400$. I was a little shocked. I informed the receptionist the range gap is wide. If it's 100 or little more I can handle that but if it's 400 I wouldn't be able to do it. Could she get more details of what testing is needed to narrow it down so I can determine if I can pay? She nonchalantly said she couldn't, it depends on what testing the Dr. does. She seemed annoyed when I explained to her again I really need to know a closer range estimate to see if I can pay it. She said " I can't that's what the range is for" I canceled the appointment. News Flash!! Most people aren't able to pay 400.00 for a Dr.'s visit upfront. We're prepared to pay co pays but not full Dr. visits. If you don't make payment arrangements for events like this you should notify people prior to scheduling appointments so they can make an informed decision to proceed or not. I think the receptionist attitude irritated me more than anything. I called Pflugerville Vision Care. I have a 4:25 appointment today. When I asked about the deductible they advised me they will bill the insurance 1st then bill for any remaining. That's what I'm familiar with. I wasted time leaving work early.

Dr. Courtney Dang and her team were wonderful! She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable during my eye exam. The staff was friendly and professional -- highly recommend this office!

Dr. Dang treated me with an incredible amount of professionalism. She was able to explain to me in simple terms what all the devices do and how they determine the health of my eyes. In the past I've had fairly bland exams at different eye doctors. At Feeser I felt like I was being treated by the best of the best pros. The team there was very personable. I'll definitely be going back. Highly recommend Dr. Dang and her team!

It's so hard to find FANTASTIC care in the medical world now days.....NOT THE CASE HERE! You are greeted with joyful staff, a beautiful reception/waiting area, comfortable seating, and a doctor that ACTUALLY cares about YOU not just your business. She also has a beautiful waiting room for children. She actually took the time and space to give kids and their care givers a beautiful waiting area that's functional and comfortable! I'm blown away by Dr. Ghada and her compassion and desire to see me well and whole. Her whole office is set up to make me feel welcome and at ease. She has a wide range of frames and styles. If I can't find something that I like she goes above and beyond to help me find the right frames. Her turn around for frames, contacts and repairs are super fast. You just have to come in and see her and her staff. You won't be disappointed....unless you like mean, dull offices.

I recently had to find a new eye care provider and this was definitely a great choice. I had a great experience. The staff was nice and helpful. I highly recommend this office and will be here for my next appointment.

I brought my 5 yr old. The Dr and his assistant were great. They got my daughter the glasses she needed. It was quick and to the point we will be back.

Very polite and professional staff. From check in to doctor exam, everyone was so great. They worked me in same day and also my husband, while I was at my visit. Definitely recommend.
