Bailey Eye Center (Lauren J. Bailey, Doctor of Optometry)

I can't recommend Dr. Bailey enough! Not only is she an incredible eye doctor, but she's also someone our family has known and trusted for years. Every visit is thorough, professional, and you can truly tell she genuinely cares about her patients and the quality of care she provides. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly, answer any questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. It's rare to find a doctor who combines such strong expertise with kindness and integrity the way she does. If you're looking for an eye doctor who is knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about her patients, Dr. Bailey is someone I highly recommend. Our family is grateful to have someone we trust so much taking care of our vision.

Lone read but worth it! I am in business consulting, mostly the restaurant industry, but many small businesses as well. I recently drove a friend that had been to several other Optometrists to Dr. Bailey's Office for an exam because she couldn't drive herself. The questions going in were which type of surgery should she have. She owns a small business of here own and every hour that she has to be away, she looses income. She had been diagnosed with a hole in her retina, cataracts, and had other issues. She was dreading surgery and time away from work. She was referred by one of her own customers. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly front desk Team including office manager Natalie and Dr. Bailey herself. In fact, every person in the office went out of their way to say greet us. My first impression after Dr. Bailey shook my hand (and I was just a visitor) was that 95% of all restaurants, or other businesses for that matter, don't offer this type of hospitality, especially for 1st time guests! Totally impressive. The when my friend was getting her results from the testing, we were both shocked to hear that Dr. Bailey didn't feel surgery of any kind was neccessary at this time. She fitted my friend with some social glasses that had prism lenses to help correct the vision issues. I decided right then and there that Dr. Bailey was my new Optometrist! Since then, I have had my exam appointment, got fitted and picked up my new glasses yesterday! Listening to all of the things that Dr. Bailey offers from sports vision, to eye muscle strengthening, low Vision care, dry eye and more...The conclusion is that this...Dr. Bailey and her entire Team are special. Not just Optometrists interested in doing exams and just selling glasses, but real care and concern for their customers. Rating...5 out of 5 and my rating would higher if I could raise the scale! I had my yearly eye exam with Dr. Bailey and her team, and once again, the experience was fantastic!

I see Dr. Bailey for my skin rather than my eyes! Dr. Bailey does my IPL and Laser Genesis as she is the only doctor who treats the problem of mites for inflammation on my face! My face has been less red and my break outs are becoming fewer and far between after each visit! Dr. Bailey goes above and beyond with amazing bedside manner. She and her entire staff make me look forward to my visits! And yes, she really is just as beautiful as the photos on her website!

Dr. Bailey goes out of her way to make sure her patients are taken care of and are valued. It was my daughter's first visit to an eye doctor and Dr. Bailey talked her through the entire appointment by making sure she knew what each test was for and what she was seeing in the tests. She helped my daughter find the perfect glasses and when we needed the glasses the next day, Dr. Bailey helped us find them quickly. We are so glad that a friend recommended her to us.

Love Love Love Dr. Bailey and her staff. Every step of the process from the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor visit, to the glasses purchase was amazing and the staff is so friendly and seems to truly care about you and your eye health. I will absolutely be returning!

Dr. Bailey is so great! I've gone to her for years. She's always professional and kind and just a joy to be around. I have a few health things that affect my eyesight and she always listens thoroughly and explains things in a way that I can understand. She definitely knows her stuff. I can't recommend her highly enough.
