Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. I was actually late to the appointment because I went to the wrong location, but they still took the time to see us without any issue. Everyone was patient, gentle, and so kind with my daughter, which really helped make her first visit a positive one. The doctor was also very thorough and informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, I truly appreciate their professionalism and care.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sana Rana during my eye checkup. She was very professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire visit felt thorough and well-organized, and I truly felt cared for throughout the appointment. Thank you, Dr. Sana Rana, for your assistance and guidance. Today's visit was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a detailed and comfortable eye examination experience.

I have been going to Bright Eyes Vision Clinic for my yearly eye exam just as I did when it was Omni under Dr. Taroyan. My doctor for the last three or four years now is Dr. Sierra Suarez, O.D. I like her very much as she answers all questions I might have concerning my eye care from interpreting retina scans to insurance and Medicare questions. Very personable and easy to talk to; she shows she cares about me. I also would like to applaud Parvin Siavooshi who has known me for many years dating back to the Taroyan days. Parvin, like Dr. Suarez, is very personable, professional, and informed. She actually is my go-to person in that office staff. Again, I can't say enough about Dr. Suarez and Parvin; both give me great confidence that my eye care is in good hands.

We have been coming to Bright Eyes Vision Clinic as a family for many years and have always had positive experiences in the past. Since the change of doctor, and what appears to also be a change in staff, as we saw different staff members today, unfortunately today's appointment was very disappointing. Before arriving, I texted the office to let them know we were on our way. Unfortunately, we took the wrong exit and arrived a few minutes late. I completely understand if there had been patients being seen or if the schedule was full. However, at the time we arrived, there were no patients, and several front desk staff members were at the front desk not assisting anyone. Despite this, the front desk staff was not kind or understanding. I politely asked to speak with a manager; the manager then went to speak with the doctor, and the doctor declined to accommodate us. The situation could have been handled with more professionalism and courtesy, especially considering we have been loyal patients for many years. I understand that offices have policies, but kindness, clear communication, and respect go a long way--particularly with long-term patients. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the patient experience moving forward.

Dr. Swarazz is an excellent physician. She listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and ensures all questions and concerns are addressed before the appointment ends. She does not push unnecessary dilation, testing, or prescriptions, and focuses on patient-centered care. In my appointment she is also kind to address an issue regarding my Daughter's eye care question.

I highly recommend this vision clinic. My son had an appointment with Dr. Rana. Dr. Rana is caring and paying attention. She did a great job. All the staff is responsive and responsible. We had a top experience and we felt the whole team cared of us.

Dr Suarez was wonderful! I have been on the hunt for an optometrist who would take time to listen to and help me with my specific issues. She is the one! And the staff there are all kind and helpful too. I would highly recommend this office.
