I have had the best experience and always a joy to talk to the doc once a year.

I have been a patient with Dr. Chiang, OD for 3 years now; I was referred by my Ophthalmologist MD. My vision needs are complicated and Dr Chiang has provided me with excellent care. She has earned my trust and that is not an easy acquisition. It's a busy office but she always finds the time and patience to answer all of my questions, and more importantly, to provide me with unique options to accommodate the demands of vision requirements. What a wonderful experience! Office is very clean, efficient, friendly & professional. Dr Chiang was a delight! Very thorough & experienced. She took the time to explain everything to me and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone & will be returning to her for all my eye care needs in the future.

Dr. Chiang is the ultimate professional and sensitive to the needs of her patients. Somewhat "squeamish" with anyone (including myself!) near my eyes, she is aware, asking prior to testing, thoroughly explaining the why's and the importance of the procedure. She then let's me decide whether I'm able to move forward. My previous OD gave "promise" she wouldn't proceed - but did anyway with the element of surprise. Perhaps she thought I'd get over my fear but it only made my phobia worse. She's no longer with that practice. It's rare for any office to provide a cell # which I have always received a prompt response. Her office - adjacent to Costco optical, allows easy access with exceptional prices with many insurance plans accepted. Any issues with an RX are a simple call next door. For anyone seeking a change in an OD with a professional, kind demeanor, Dr. Chiang and staff should be considered. I highly recommend!

Dr. Chiang made my experience the best one I'd had in years. I get nervous about any kind of medical situation and she put me at ease and did an excellent job.

Starting with front office staff, she was extremely nice and understanding. Dr Chiang is very professional and detailed. She gave me prescription and checked my eyes thoroughly and went over everything she can possibly discuss. Thank you.

My vision insurance recently changed and I needed to find a new Optometrist covered on my plan. A good friend recommended Dr Chiang. I have to say I was first skeptical about visiting an independent eye Dr at Costco, however Dr Christine Chiang soon made me a believer! Now I ask myself, why did I wait so long? She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and explained herself in terms I could understand regarding the health of my eyes. I ended up with multifocal contact lenses which have been fantastic. Now my whole family is a patient as well!

The best optometrist I have ever been to. Dr Chiang explains everything you could ask of her. She's willing to help you achieve whatever your desired results. She has been my optometrist for 2 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyes. Also very reasonably priced.
