Dr. Shashi Alloju, M.D. and Dr. Pooja Alloju O.D. are both awesome! I came in for a routine eye exam and Dr. Pooja Alloju O.D. was able to get my vision back to 20/25 with the help of glasses. I was worried that I had Keratoconus and Dr. Shashi Alloju, M.D. showed me my corneal topography and assured me that I didn't have this issue - he is a board certified expert in this matter. SEE for yourself how amazing they are!

So...I got some sort of a viral eye infection. Leading initial to irritation and then partial blindness! Oh no Saw a few are doctors without any resolution. Dr Shashi, eye doctor in Plano diagnosed the condition accurately. Started with some viral treatment followed by steroid eye drops. Almost back to normal vision! Just a miracle. Thank you so much, appreciate all the efforts from staff.

Dr. Alloju and his team are very professional, kind, and considerate of your time. I have been going to his practice for over 5 years and have no complaints. He is a kind, caring doctor who will take the time to answer questions. Highly recommend him and his team.

The staff is always friendly and courteous. I absolutely love Dr Shashi Alloju!! He has a great personality and takes the time to answer any of your questions. He is very knowledgeable and up on the latest and greatest. I would not hesitate to recommend him. The back office staff are great too!

I had both of my cataract surgeries done at Eye Health Texas with Dr. Shashi Alloju, and both procedures were a complete success. Since then, I come in for annual checkups to make sure everything stays on track with my vision. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Pooja is great -- she consistently does an excellent job and takes her time to make sure everything is done right. My eyeglass prescriptions have always been accurate and spot-on. You can really feel that they care about you as a patient. Highly recommended!

Dr. Alloju and his staff have always been very supportive and professional with me throughout the years. I would highly recommend him and his associates for any eye care. I had cataracts and his surgery helped me to clear and sharper vision. I see him regularly to make sure that my eyes are healthy.

I had to wait a long time for my appointment, only to find out on arrival that I couldn't be seen because I couldn't pay my co-pay. I asked if I could pay in one week when my social security came in. I was told no. Payment had to be made in order to be seen. The receptionist was very rude and seemed annoyed that I asked her to repeat herself because I'm hearing impaired. No smile. Just stone faced from the minute I walked in. And not friendly over all. I felt very unwelcomed. I left, feeling defeated and annoyed because I now have to find a new doctor. This is not how a senior citizen should be treated.
