Great new equipment. I had a thorough eye exam. Staff is all business and makes sure no time is wasted during the visit when you have multiple machines need to check your eye health. I will go back next year. Follow-up already scheduled. I will recommend to my friends.

My previous Ophthmalogist retired and I had been a patient for over twenty years. After a new research for a top ophthalmologist, I made an excellent choice. From meeting a very positive and friendly staff, to meeting Dr. Frazee, this office is so organized and professional. I had a very thorough eye exam and every test was explained right to the point. North Texas Eye Care definitely has your best eye care with the patients' utmost interest. I am thankful Dr. Frazee is so astute and very trusting for my future eye care. I highly recommend Dr. Frazee and the North Texas Eye Care office staff. The office has so much technology, thus, not necessary to leave the office and also has their very own La Lunettte: The Optical Clinic. They also have an Eye Center in Lewisville. I am thankful my visit was so successful.

I was not impressed with this office at all. I have not been to an opthomologist in years. I had a few concerns so I felt i should get a more thorough exam this year. One of my concerns was about my pupil dilation. I had been told by a previous optometrist that my eyes did not dialate with normal presentation of light. That was one of the first concerns I told one of the many young girls that lead me around to different rooms at the office. I bet i was taken to 4 or 5 different rooms for different things, which would not have been such a big problem but I could not see after taking off my contacts. To check my peripheral vision they used a machine which made a noise every time a light flashed which was pretty confusing because i found myself naturally listening to the machine instead and pressing the clicker instead of noticing the light. By the time I saw the dr, I had been there about 1 and 1/2 hours. He asked if I had any concerns and I told him a few of them and I felt that they were easily dismissed without much thought or explanation on his part. One question was about my left eye tearing a lot. He said, "well, there are 2 solutions surgery or tissue". My next question was about my eye color changing which started when i was in my 30s. He told me that my eye color hasn't changed and told me to go home and research something (i forgot what he called it) but said it wasn't my eye color. My eyes have changed from dark brown to green. Even my mother noticed and thought i was wearing colored lenses, and no, I've never had hazel eyes. But he did not even know the color of my eyes. I did also have a question about my eye dilation, but they had already put drops in my eyes to dilate them so i couldn't really ask that question about them not naturally dilating. I was taken back to the checkout desk without any chance to put back on my contacts to leave. I was there over 2 and1/2 hours and could not see to drive home or get out of the office. I found the restroom and was able to put back on my contacts but still was not able to see well. Very bad experience and will probably not return to Dr. Frazee.

My experience with Dr. Frazier was one of complete satisfaction. He's an experienced eye who explained what he was doing during the process and gave me detailed information of what my options were. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new ophthalmologist. And I liked the guy.

I'm sure Dr. Frazee is brilliant. Maybe too brilliant to feel the need to listen or let people finish talking. I did not feel heard or taken seriously, a bit dismissive and judgmental for my liking or to make me want to return. Perhaps he was just in a bad mood this one time? While I can't give a full five stars, I applaud the INCREDIBLE STAFF working in this office! I was treated with friendly smiles and cheerful voices moment I walked in. They're all easy to talk to and will make you feel as comfortable as you need to be. Their combined positive energy is so infectious and more than enough to make you forget all about one grumpy attitude. To the staff, thank you and keep up the fantastic work that makes such a huge difference!

Staff are extremely professional and competent. Dr. Frazee provides the best of patient care. I have been a patient for years, and never a problem.

Dr Frazee is a very knowledgeable doctor with a well-trained staff who has a good demeanor with patients.

All staff are very caring, respectful, attentive, kind and courteous. Appropriate communication on answering phone and so the scheduling department. Hurray for Dr. Frazee who looks fabulous, very serious of his duties, directly tell you what his advice and give your decision to choose. For those staff who have been with Dr. Frazee for a while, me and my husband as your patients, thank you, too. You all been wonderful.
