I think Dr Choi is a very good doctor. I think he could do a better job setting expectations for his patients. It would be nice to know that your vision will take much longer to return to normal after surgery- unlike what you might have been used to after initial cataract surgery. Keeping the patient informed as the healing process goes along as well. Like one issue might be resolved, but it will take longer for other issues to resolve.
