Myself and my parents, brother, and sister have all been seeing Dr. Tjandra for over 20 years. She is amazing and consistently caring and sweet. She takes time to listen to concerns and is proactive about testing as glaucoma and cataracts are in the family. It's great to find someone the whole family loves and even our spouses as we got older and married. Her staff are also excellent. Jackie has been amazing over the years and Austin is also very sweet.
Our family won't go to anyone else until Dr. Tjandra decides to retire. She is the absolute best! We all truly love her!

Her staff is equally outstanding: attentive, thorough, and genuinely personable. They take the time to know you by name and treat you like more than just an appointment.

I have been seeing Dr. Easter W. Tjandra for many years, and last week she once again proved the exceptional level of care she provides.
I arrived at her office late in the day with a very red eye, and she still took the time to see me. It turned out I had a retinal tear. Dr. Tjandra immediately contacted a retina specialist, who saw me first thing the next morning and treated the issue. It was a very concerning and scary situation, and her swift action made all the difference.
What truly stands out is how much she cares. Dr. Tjandra personally followed up with me multiple times afterward. In today's world, this level of attention and compassion is usually found only in concierge practices, yet she delivers it naturally, as part of who she is.
She is a true professional with a big heart for her patients. She has an amazing staff always ready to assist. I am deeply grateful for her care and her team, and highly recommend her.
