I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Minh Nguyen and the entire team at Lighthouse Eyecare. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, quick, and very efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and I didn't have to wait long before being called into the exam room. Dr. Nguyen was extremely professional, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated how attentive he was and how clearly he explained everything during the exam. I left the appointment feeling confident about my eye health and my new prescription. Another highlight of my visit was their great selection of eyewear, especially the Swarovski frames. While I was waiting to be called in, I spotted a gorgeous pair of Swarovski glasses that caught my eye immediately. After my exam, I went straight to that Swarovski frame and gave it to the optician so she could help me get started on a new pair of glasses for this year. One helpful tip for anyone planning to see Dr. Nguyen: he works at this location about 3 days a week, so it's best to call ahead to confirm he's in the office on the day you plan to visit. Overall, the combination of professional care, efficient staff, and beautiful eyewear options made this a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and Lighthouse Eyecare to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent service.

Lighthouse Eye Care is great! We went there for the first time after leaving the primary Dr. We went in to make an appointment for the following week but was able to be seen right then for a full exam. Everything went great! The staff is wonderful and very thorough with explaining everything. Got glasses picked out with no problems too. Highly recommend this office!

This was my first time going here. I must say it won't be the last time! The staff is simply AMAZING!!!! Very very professional and thorough. Dr Minh Nguyen gave me a COMPLETE AND THOROUGH examination. He has exceptional bedside manner. What made it exceptional was at the end he asked "Do you have any concerns regarding your eyes or otherwise?" So I didn't feel like just another customer but a patient. Thank you sooooo much for your exceptional service!

I stopped by to make an appointment, they had availability immediately, although due to a previous commitments, I had to wait till the following day for my appointment. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I went in for my exam which was beyond thorough, with the latest equipment. Everything was explained to me in detail. Overall the service was tiptop and I am happy to recommend lighthouse eye care to anyone.

I took my 5yr old son for an eye exam to address some issues he has been having. Dr. Minh Nguyen was very patient with him and did a great job of doing the exam in a way that made my son relaxed and enjoy the trip to the eye doctor. He was able to identify the issues easily even with my son not wanting to sit still or had trouble doing some of the exam by reading different letters etc. The staff was very nice, the tech was great while take images and measurements, the facility was clean, and the glasses fitting was excellent and staff was very patient. I would highly recommend anyone go here, and certainly if they have a kid who needs the extra calmness to help the visit be successful. We picked out our first pair of glasses and my son can't wait for them to come in. Thank you Lighthouse eye care and Dr. Nguyen!

The actual exam experience is great...zero issues. However, if you don't order directly through them, good luck getting them to verify the prescription. I lost my 2025 allowance because they wouldn't verify my prescription. First they couldn't find me as a patient when contact lens company called. Once I got that cleared up, they did not provide the prescription after multiple requests.
