Outstanding Eye Check-Up Experience! This was our first ever eye check-up experience in the USA, and I must say it was far better than any of our previous eye checkups. The staff and doctor handled everything very delightfully and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. They explained each and every step in detail, which really helped us understand the process. What impressed me the most was how wonderfully they managed my 4-year-old son. I didn't have to put in any effort--he was happily answering all the questions asked by the staff and doctor because they engaged with him so nicely. I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism, and kindness. I highly recommend this place to everyone without any hesitation. God bless such caring staff and doctor for the amazing service they provide!

I went there Tuesday, 3rd for my first eye doctor appointment, and I was amazed by the girls at the reception. I can't remember the name of the one who helped me at the end, but she was wonderful. She helped me with the quote, showed me different options that fit my budget, and helped me decide which frame to get. The doctor was also really great and very helpful, answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

Fantastic group at Milburn Eye Center in Plano. I found them through my vision coverage search, and Dr. Milburn is friendly, thorough, and takes the time to clearly explain everything along with his recommendations. The front desk staff is equally helpful--they process insurance, explain coverage, and clearly outline any costs due and the reasons for them. I'm very happy with the service and look forward to returning!

The staff were incredibly helpful and super sweet! We arrived 10 minutes before opening time at 9:00 and the office was already open and the front staff ready to greet us and get our appointment started. Angela did my screenings and explained each test. She also helped me pick out the perfect frames and explained all the costs. Dr. Milburn was clear when explaining different parts of the exam, and progressives and he explained what he was looking for during my exam. I recommend this place to everyone!

The receptionists were professional and greeted me with a smile. This was my first time visiting Milburn Eye Clinic and I will be back again for my next exam. Angela did my pre-tests and explained everything in detail. Dr Milburn was very helpful and also explained my test results.

Dr Milburn and her staff are amazing! I received a Saturday (next day) appointment for what was, to me, an emergency visit. The exam was very thorough. Dr Milburn patiently and completely explained my condition and what caused it.

First time seeing Dr. Annamarie, she is awesome! I brought her my concerns and she took the time to work through different options until she found a solution that worked perfectly for me. I appreciate the time and attention!

My experience at the Milburn Eye Center was absolutely fantastic. The Lovely staff taking their time to make sure I wasn't feeling rushed in choosing my frames, and Dr. Milburn being a polite, friendly, and informative man. I feel that my appointment could not have gone better!! Angela, one of the many great staff members, especially helped me in my pre-exam and choosing of my glasses. Without her I don't believe I would've made a better choice!!! 10/10 on the rating
