I had a great experience at this eye clinic from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming, which made the entire visit stress-free. The clinic was clean, organized, and ran efficiently with minimal wait time. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable asking questions without feeling rushed. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients and provide excellent service. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality eye care.

Dr Ly was wonderful! He was very thorough! I was not happy with the onsite shop for glasses. My glasses were supposed to take 2 weeks and they took over 4 weeks to come in. Next time I will not use their onsite store and go elsewhere for glasses.

I've been visiting the location in Plano, Tx on Parker Rd. for several years. This last visit was very different. Both the assistant and the doctor had the wrong file indicating I had never been there before yet, it was the same doctor I saw last time. Ok. No biggie. Everything else went by ok until I requested a copy of the doctors report for that visit. The Dr. had indicated that the degeneration had progressed enough that he believed I needed to begin taking vitamins. Again. No surprise. When I got home and reviewed the paperwork, the first surprise was there. When the doctor had told an untruth by stating he offered additional testing that I refused. That didn't happen. This past Saturday when I went to pick up my glasses, multiple surprises and major disappointments occurred. From the rude male employee who decided he would just hand me the glasses and go take care of another customer who already had an employee with him to his complete dismissal of my asking him to tighten my current glasses. Then I requested a copy of my complete records. I was told she could only give me the doctor notes. Another person walked up front and said she would do it right away. That was two days ago. I haven't received it yet. I told them both how rude and disrespectful the male employee was. Neither had anything to say. When I went home I tried on the glasses and compared them to current glasses. I knew they were the same but the prescription was supposed to be different. I went to another location in Richardson, Tx. I received excellent service and as much as it pained the wonderful woman I was working with she had no choice but to tell me I was correct. The prescription wasn't updated. I had now wasted four hours on something that should've taken less than an hour on a day I was supposed to work. I lost that shift. I lost the pay. And now I have to spend more time going back once the new prescription is updated. Kiddos to your Richardson Texas location. Your Plano Texas location will undoubtedly be your downfall in the area. I spent $400 on the glasses. I was not trying to be cheap. Instead. I was treated like a second class person.

This is such an easy review to write! Dr. Foroutan & Bryanna are nothing short of 5-stars and if I could give them more, I would. The team were extremely kind & helpful throughout the process. They take their time to explain each part of the process as well as spend time to connect with you as a person. Can't wait to pick up our new glasses!

I had a great experience with Dr. Johnson Ly at 2313 W Parker Rd, Plano, TX. He is gentle, soft-spoken, and really listens to your concerns. He clearly explains the issues and recommends what works best for you. Dr. Ly suggested that I try sample contact lenses before placing the actual order, which helped me choose the right and most comfortable pair. The staff is equally amazing -- especially Amy, who was so helpful and attentive. When I went to place an order for contacts, she recommended getting my vision checked first to make sure I didn't end up with the wrong prescription. Overall, a very positive and professional experience -- I highly recommend Dr. Johnson Ly and his team for excellent eye care!

I cannot recommend Dr.Ly enough, he takes time to explain any concerns he has and genuinely cares about his patients. The rest of the staff is always great and I happen to have the pleasure to be helped by Edgar who walked me through what my insurance plan covers and what works best with my budget. 10/10 will always recommend!

Bayan at My Eye Dr in Plano is a miracle worker! I walked in with a pair of glasses and two sunglasses in various states of disrepair and he was able to get them all fixed and adjusted perfectly while I waited. He also realized that the lenses in my glasses weren't the anti scratch I thought I had ordered. We got a new pair of lenses ordered under warranty. He was patient and precise and he's the best I've had at this location. Thank you!
