My Eye Dr. I had a wonderful experience at My Eye Dr. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the entire visit easy and comfortable. Vy and Robert were especially helpful -- they were patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and that we felt taken care of from start to finish. It's refreshing to find an office where the staff is not only efficient but genuinely kind. I highly recommend My Eye Dr. and appreciate the great care and service we received.

Before I say anything, let me say this: I will 100000% be coming back until this place closes or I die. I feel the best way to write this review is to relay my experience from beginning to end. The staff at this location are absolutely phenomenal in their own way, and they helped me come up with a "vision plan" that I'm incredibly excited for!! When I walked in I was immediately greeted (first green flag) and checked in. Even though I didn't fill out the paperwork online like normal people do, Vy had my forms ready to sign from the get go! After waiting all of 45 seconds, I met Alejandra, the technician who did all of the fancy eye tests. Alejandra was absolutely amazing. I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions and just talk about random stuff (most people are not so willing to reciprocate my energy), but Alejandra did. And she caught on to my personality quick, and handled me and my questions with such ease and without any indication of annoyance (which is big for me). When I met Dr. Kahn, I knew I was in good hands. Her overall ambiance is like a warm day on the beach. I have a hard time with things in my eyes, but wanted to start my contact journey, and Dr. Kahn made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire exam. She had quick solutions to all of my impulses and reactions, and not once did she lose her patience with me while I struggled to keep my eyes open for pretty much anything. From my interactions with Dr. Kahn and Alejandra alone, I knew I found my permanent eye doctor. When all of the exams were done, I was then greeted once again by Vy, as well as Mikayla. Let me tell you, I have never felt more comfortable and confident trying on frames. They each gave their honest opinions, picked out multiple frames, and not once did I feel insecure about how I looked in each frame. They matched my energy (green flag) and helped me embrace my inner self by choosing the perfect bold glasses. Without their support, I can't imagine I would've gone with those. Vy was a rockstar when it came to finding the best price for me, and I ended up with a lot more bang for my buck than I have at previous offices. Robert was the final person I interacted with, and he provided me with the same care and encouragement the rest of the team did. He was the final voice that pushed me to my perfect frames, and for that I am grateful. Something I didn't realize as I was leaving was that the office had closed 20 minutes prior. Despite this, the staff never made me feel rushed and they never pointed this out. I wasn't even aware until I saw them locking the door. Overall, I could not recommend this place enough. There are not enough stars in the world to show how great my experience was. If you're looking for a practice that will embrace you for who you are and make you feel at ease and confident in your eyewear, My Eye Dr off of Midway is the place to go!

I haven't been to the eye doctor in a few years and I was quite nervous - I found MyEyeDr Plano / Midway online and saw the great reviews and decided to go today! The appointment making process was super easy, and the actual appointment was even easier! The whole staff from front desk, to techs to the amazing Dr. Khan was helpful, patient, attentive & so kind! They're so relatable with patients and put all the effort into making you comfortable/finding the right pair of glasses for you! I really appreciate this team & I am so glad I found a new permanent eye doctor!

There are several locations for this company but the one in Plano on mid parkway is the only location I will go to. They know how to look at your insurance and get you the best price! For years I went to the other Plano location and paid higher prices. The people at this location know what they are doing and have saved my family so much money! They are all so nice and helpful. Do yourself a favor and make the drive!!!

Great experience! Dr. Kahn and her staff were so friendly. Vi and Makayla were so helpful with picking out frames and helping with contact rebates. Highly recommend!

Dr.Khan and her team are the best! The front office team welcomed me and handled my paperwork. Alejandra skillfully guided me through the pre-exam protocols. Dr. Khan, in her calm assuring manner, expertly performed a medical health exam on my eyes. I left the office feeling so well-served by the Plano My Eye Doctor team!

The team, especially Vy at the front desk and Dr. Khan, was so helpful and kind. My entire experience was positive. They are willing to go above and beyond for their patients. A great place to go if you need a new eye doctor!

The team here really cares and took the time to make sure my eyes felt it! Adam, Robert, Makayla, Alejandra, and Dr. Khan made this EASILY my best healthcare visit in the last 5 years. If you're looking for a vision service provider, I can't recommend them enough!
