I have had three eye exams in the past two years, with poor results, but the quality of Dr. Richman is second to none! She did not just give me the typical cookie-cut exam that seems to be the norm. She went above and beyond what it took to ensure that I have the right prescription for my individual-visual needs. She'd ask probing questions to ensure that I was understanding and recognizing things correctly. And she explained things to me, as well as answered my questions. She was concerned with my receiving the highest quality of vision care. You have to go visit Dr. Chana Richman. She's a Godsend!
