It was easy to get same day appointment. Nick was very pleasant on the phone and forwarded the address as I requested. At the office, I noticed, the receptionist recieves the patients and another person, Nick, takes the phone calls. Dr Tran was very professional. She was clear in explaining my eye condition and recommended things I can do to help. Overall, excellent experience for visiting this clinic for the first time.

I am a disabled woman. I had a very bad experience during a visit with Dr. Lori Tran. She always looks gloomy.
She never smiles. She does smile and is friendly with some people. I have a mental disability. It is very hard to always
look happy and I do everything possible without my health problem showing. On June 26, Dr. Tran aggressively screamed
at me saying, "You are rude, rude,rude!" She yelled, "Never come back to my place!" Dr. Lori Tran treats people differently
and abuses disabled people. What kind of doctor is she is she cannot be more understanding of the issues of disabled people?
