Dr. Fan is very professional and kind. She carefully and accurately examined my child's eyes and patiently taught me how to help my child put on and remove CRT lenses, as well as how to properly care for them. I truly appreciate her clear explanations and the patience she showed in answering all of my questions. Her detailed guidance gave us a lot of confidence and support. Rupe at the front desk was amazing. She's super smart, very helpful, and always has a big smile on her face. She knows the process inside and out and helped me navigate everything smoothly. When I was choosing my glasses, she was very patient and gave detailed, professional recommendations. Even after I left, she worked with her colleagues to help look for the specific frame I wanted. Our whole family comes here for eye care, and we truly trust Dr. Fan and her team. Highly recommend this office!

Mary the front desk lady needs to be let go. She never knows what she is doing and she gives the wrong information to patients. I have had two reoccurring procedure at this clinic and she tells me that they have this procedure does exist and she tells me that I need to get check for glaucoma. I am in my twenties why would I have glaucoma. She also over charges on payments and co- pays. I think someone shouldn't work a job just to get paid but isn't qualified for the job. I know they have her there as a Spanish translator but they need to stop having her work the front desk. She is a horrible receptionist. She puts people on hold and hope that they would give up and hang up. She also hides in the back when patients confronts her. She doesn't understand how to use technology. I'm starting to think she doesn't understand medical terminology because she can't read.

I should've read reviews before I made appt. This place is dirty, outdated, and low quality CRT lenses. For the area, I found trash on the floor in the exam room and unorganized extension cords scattered on the ground throughout the building. For the technology and products, I found outdated devices and low quality CRT lenses. One of my pair of CRT lenses cracked less than 5 months. Last pair I have from another clinic lasts about 2 Years. Would recommend other eye clinics than the place by Fan Jenny.

I was in need of an eye exam and updating my prescription. I called and they offered a same day, but I opted for a next day. I'm self pay and the price is very affordable. The check in process is super easy and every one on staff seemed very nice. The exam went exactly as expected, easy, thorough, and touched everything it needed. I'll return here, just for the fact that appointments are easy to make, everyone is super nice, and the Drs take time to listen to your issues and help provide you with resolutions!

Professional. Courteous. Very knowledgeable doctor who is well versed in challenging vision issues. Efficient. The office operates well without every technological bell and whistle that keeps costs down for the patient. Lots of choices for glasses.

10/10 recommend!! My family and I have been going for about 20 years now. They know each of us personal and always willing to work with you. Always giving the best recommendations when concerns arise. Dr.Jenny and her team are so kind and get you in and out. They take your eye health seriously. I don't see me going any where else.

Extra stars for the old house vibe! Great front office staff, friendly and efficient doctor's visit, and good pricing in the frames area. No complaints and will continue to give this practice my business.

What is more important than your eyesight? I completely trust Dr. Fan with the health of my eyes. And my children's eyes. I have been a patient of Dr. Fan for over 20 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Her judgment and expertise are top notch. Her staff is always extremely friendly and pleasant. The office is immaculate. The equipment is up to date. The office hours are very work friendly. Definitely 5 stars!
