I had an outstanding experience at Plano Eye Care Center and highly recommend them to anyone looking for truly personalized, professional eye care. First -- their new location is absolutely beautiful. The space feels modern, elegant, and extremely welcoming. The lobby decor is especially stunning -- thoughtfully designed and so inviting that you instantly feel relaxed the moment you walk in. A big shout-out to Dr. Sherry Cui for such a thorough, detailed, and genuinely caring eye exam. You can tell she takes the time to make sure every concern is addressed and that you fully understand your eye health. That level of attentiveness is rare and deeply appreciated. And the complimentary eye drop samples were such a thoughtful touch -- practical and generous! Exceptional care, beautiful environment, and a team that truly puts patients first. Highly, highly recommended.

I have been seeing Dr. Khoja since 2023, and my experience has been excellent. She is truly amazing--very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. The staff are so friendly and accommodating! The check-in process was quick and smooth, and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there. The clinic is clean, spacious, and has advanced technology for eye exams, which made me feel confident I was in good hands. Dr. Koja is amazing! She made me feel like I was her only patient that day. She's kind, patient, and takes her time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. I really appreciate how she involves me in my care plan and makes sure I'm comfortable with every step. Her bedside manner is truly top-notch--she sets the bar high for all doctors.

I've been coming here for 6 years and have a wonderful experience each time. Dr. Khoja truly cares about your experience and does not rush you through appointments, making sure to answer any and all questions. The staff is extremely friendly and is transparent about insurance coverage and payment options. HIGHLY recommend!

Highly recommend this place! The office is clean and the staff are all friendly. Their equipment is digital which makes the process more efficient and let me easily compare the images during the exam. Our family has been seeing Dr.Cui for years. When I noticed she was practicing at this eye center, i immediately switched. We've always had a wonderful experience and truly trust her.

First time here and every one was very nice , friendly and over all very good place. The Dr was very sweet , helpful and understanding. She provided me with excellent service. I will come back for my next exam, might even bring my mother in law to get her eyes checked. Thanks everybody for being so kind.

I've been a patient here since childhood, and even though I've since moved away, I still only schedule my eye exams at Plano Eye Care Center whenever I'm in town because Dr. Khoja is the best! She is beyond caring, patient, takes time to explain what she's seeing, and generally makes you feel so at ease. I would highly recommend Plano Eye Care Center and Dr. Khoja!!
