Dr. Ko is the best! Our whole family has been seeing her for our vision needs since 2003. Now our children are bringing their children. She is professional, friendly, and takes the time to understand and address your concerns.

Had an unusual experience at Target eye care who could not get my RX correct- on a side note he did not charge me and with integrity referred me to Willow Bend Dr Ko who was not only able to get my RX correct, she was extremely knowledgeable, Professional and I felt great after my appointment! She and her excellent staff (and I want to stress EXCELLENT) went above a beyond my expectations to help me with scheduling and they really took the time to care! Highly recommend Dr Ko and her team! I won't go anywhere else! Thank you all for caring and for restoring my faith in quality care!

Terrible service, refused to give me a copy of my prescription, willl never ever use them again

I had been going to the same eye doctor in my hometown for most of my life before moving to Dallas, so I procrastinated so long on finding a new eye clinic. The staff at Willow Bend was so friendly and lighthearted, it made me feel very comfortable. This was the easiest and fastest eye exam I've ever had.

My wife and I both have gone here for years. Love our optometrist. She is great. Staff is always nice. Never have to wait long which I love. My exams are a bit more detailed since I do a diabetic exam and they are still able to get me out quick. Ready to book my appt for next year.

Easiest and least time consuming eye exam ever! My technician, Angie, checked me in quickly and also performed 3 tests so efficiently I'm sure she could do it with her eyes closed. She was very compassionate when I couldn't find it within myself to open my own eyes for the glaucoma test, and I really appreciated that. Dr Ko was very kind and explained what was going on with my eyes and helped me get the right type of lenses for my job. Highly recommend this practice!
