Make sure you get both regular glasses and contacts exam in one go, no matter what the doctor tells you (such as "you don't need contact lens"). Staff and doctors at this location have the tendency to assume a lot of things for you. You must be very vocal about what you want. Most insurances space out coverage by 12 months. I was stupid to leave with only an eye glasses exam, even though my whole purpose for the exam was to get both glasses (for driving at night) and contacts (for sporting events), because the doctor told me "you don't need contacts". Now I have to do 2 exams separately every year in order to use my vision insurance. Also don't go to this place in December like I did. Everyone is rushing through the process because so many people are trying to use their vision insurance before the calendar year end. That's where you get exam results that are not 100% accurate. The patient portal is very strange too. You don't get a username for login. You have to enter all your name/phone/email/dob etc. every single time to see your past Rx, or to manage upcoming appointments. It's like typing in a mini paper before you get to see any of your stuff. In this day of age, this is like asking people to fax you a document. I would not recommend this location. I have been to other MyEyeDr locations that are much better. Or just go to an independent eye dr location. They are much less assuming and welcoming. I give 2 stars because this office does look very nice (clean and bright).

I have been to a few Myeyedr locations and this one is by far the best. The staff is always friendly and quick to assist. The opticians here are very knowledgeable and the only ones I trust with adjusting my glasses. I have been buying my contacts and glasses here for years and will continue to. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hardin was so great! Answered all of my weird questions and made my visit very pleasant! And then the sweet woman helping me find cute glasses was so nice! Great staff!

I had an outstanding experience at MyEyeDr in Richardson with Dr. Hardin! He was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The staff was friendly, the office was spotless, and the entire visit was smooth from start to finish. I've never felt more confident in my eye care -- highly recommend Dr. Hardin and his team to anyone looking for top-notch service and expertise.

Dr Hardin has always been my doctor and thankfully he has wonderful staff , only thing I can say is he is hard to get in with but I guess that's a good thing right! The optician Allie was so patient with me and Finding glasses is usually a dreadful experience but she made it fun and was honest with opinions. I seen her work from the sales floor to the front desk and is very knowledgeable! At one point I came in for my daughter's exam and she was even in the exam rooms. I will continue to go here for the easy and amazing experience I always have! Thankful for the staff

Very impressed with Dr. Oudompradith. My wife's English is limited so she was very pleased that his Spanish was strong enough where a translator was not needed. He was also wonderful with her two sons (9, 16).

Receptionist was very snappy, condescending and rude. I ended up disconnecting the call after she very rudely and impatiently answered a question I asked mid sentence stating "yes". Her customer service should be worked on. 1/3 9:55am call. Can't say I'm particularly inclined to ever come to this location anymore. The myeyedr that I visited for my initial appointment was very pleasant. It wasn't this location. Extremely great hospitality and customer service without the negative condescending tone. Services are probably great but receptionist customer service should be looked at.

MYEYEDR. ( Allie) was great/easy to wrk with once my Eye Exam was complete.. I've been a Patient @ this location for many years now and I appreciate the 'CARE' that Dr. Hardin's Staff provides.. Thnx
