We were out of town and I had accidentally damaged my glasses to where they were sitting oddly on my face. I googled a glass repair place near my location and was sent here. They were super nice and helpful. If I lived here this would be my place to go for eyecare. God bless the staff.

Long over due this here is the best place to find your special Cartier piece all the staff are incredible feels like a family once you go in. I want to give a special shout out tho to Emanual he's the best but seriously once you walk in it won't matter who helps you! They also sell so many brands one that I grew to love is Dita one of the best glasses brand now I love to wear! They have it all Dior Tom Ford but most importantly Cartier they can customize it for you so much from the color of the lenses to the shape and the Diamond cut of the lenses. They can become truly one of a kind trust me go in and visit these guys you won't regret it!

Emanuel knows how to treat customers right!! Go here if you want to be treated great and taken care of. I needed some help w repairs on two pairs of glasses that belonged to some elderly women at a nearby Assisted Living facility. I had to run in and have my glasses fixed, as they decided to break while driving, for me never a good thing. The lady that helped me was Kristeena, I explained I was in a huge hurry as I was leaving town for the week for work. Kristeena was a huge help she fixed my glasses and explained a short bit about the glasses that are there and told me when I am ready for a new pair to come in and they would help me find the pair that was perfect for me. Kristeena was very helpful and helped me get back on the road, I will be coming back at some point. Thank you for all the help.

The best experience I have had getting glasses. Great eyewear selection, especially for sunglasses. The staff was very friendly, easy to work with, and very knowledgable. Lisa helped me get exactly what I needed without trying to sell me on a lens 4x the cost that I didn't even need. Highly recommend Promenade Optical.
