The staff is absolutely wonderful! Only problem i had was a couple came in to get glasses and sunglasses during my understanding that it was my appointment time. At about almost 2-1/2 hours, I had to leave to get back to my business and was accommodated. Excellent people! I will definitely return and I highly recommend them. Courtesy, kindness, honesty to me, and considerate. My 4 star is only because I was delayed by 2 inconsiderate customers that did not have an appointment and took up the time for me to finish my business. Otherwise, absolutely wonderful!

I had such a great experience at Richardson Family EyeCare & EyeWear! The eye exam was very thorough, and the staff made choosing lenses super easy by breaking down each option and showing me exactly what I'd pay with my insurance. Booking an appointment was fast and convenient, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

It's been a couple of years since I got my eye prescription checked so I decided to try out this place. I noticed the small shop when stopping by Happy Lemon, but have been too lazy to stop by. Luckily, they had a same-day appointment at 1:45 PM. I arrived early since my dental appointment was shorter than expected, and the optometrist was out for lunch. They said she would be back at 1:45 PM, but feel free to look around the store and try out different pairs of glasses. They have a vast variety of styles, ranging from China-made to Italian-made (expensive brands such as Coach, Gucci, Versace, and Rayban). I told them my info and they were able to look my insurance up in the system, along with all the details of my benefits. The glasses were all locked up, so you need a worker to open the case for you to try. It felt awkward compared to Visionworks because the worker was standing there watching you try on each pair. The optometrist didn't come back until past 2 PM, so I was waiting a while. However, one of the main technicians sat me down and explained all the fees and upgrade plans for each pair. He asked me to pick my favorite one, and he can tell me the exact price for that pair. He explained each process thoroughly, along with how much I'm expected to pay to get contacts prescription, retina x-ray, etc after my insurance coverage. I like the information because it made me understand the process better, but I did feel a little pressured to pick the most expensive one for insurance. The optometrist was very friendly. She spoke fluent English and Vietnamese, which is probably why most Vietnamese people go here for glasses. She gave an in-depth detail about my prescription, and how my eyesight decreased. She also recommended a new brand of daily contacts since my old color contacts were not helping with my astigmatism. After the eye exam, it was just a quick payment process since I already decided on my pair of glasses earlier. They said the wait time is around 2 weeks, which is typical. I just picked up my new pair of glasses today and I love them. It's very nice, and the lens feels high quality and durable. I did pay out-of-pocket an extra $250 for lens upgrade but it's worth the splurge for extra insurance. Overall, I like the number of glasses they offer, and it looks like they're getting more with new glass displays. The styles are much cuter than what you see at Visionworks, and Target Vision, so you'll be sure to find something you like. I would come back here next year!

I found this place on the company's vision site and read favorable reviews. Plus, it's near my home. Everything about the experience was top-notch. The doctor was thorough and very caring. She took all the time that was needed. Likewise, the staff person who helped me pick my frames was personable and helpful. I picked YSL. Then I worked with a gentleman on what I wanted, which was "the works," including progressive and transition lenses, which he demonstrated by going outside so they darkened. I like that everything was "digital age." Text and email notifications, payment by tapping my phone with Google Wallet on a hand-held device. And I got 2 waters when I picked them up! I'm very satisfied. Prescription is perfect and the YSL frames are stylish. Highly recommended.

Went in today and my experience was top notch! Cannot wait to bring my parents here. I received great attention, from checking in (I was asked if I wanted water while I waited). The exam was great, and the optometrist answered all my questions. Cannot wait to pick up my glasses when they are ready.

My daughter chose this eye doctor after not seeing an eye doctor since 2021 and she had a WONDERFUL experience. The interior of the office was beautiful and the young lady was so helpful and patient with my daughter to help her find the perfect eyewear. She explained the value exceptionally. This will be my daughters new vision home
