My vision appointment and then picking out glasses was very positive! You enter from the outside door (under the Target sign), the office staff was very kind, took their time to do a thorough job. My Doctor did the same. All were caring about what was best for me, I appreciate that. They gave me my prescription , which was great. I went inside Target to the, Optical department and picking out my glasses was a great experience aswell. Very kind, polite, patient with me as I looked around. She was alone, so she helped others too (they were picking up their orders), which I was fine with. I am looking forward to picking up my glasses in a 1-2 weeks!!

This place use to be good. Since the last Dr. left it has not been good. They decided to now charge a "premium" cost if your astigmatism is high. So pretty much if you're blinder, you pay more. I brought this up to the receptionist and she just stayed quiet. Receptionist even admitted that it was something this doctor was now starting to do.

bad experiance, no one before me and I wait for almost 1 hour, I dont understand what doctor and front desk agent are doing. Not cleaning, still can see a lot oil from last person on all the machines.

This location is phenomenal. It was like they were waiting for me, they made me feel so welcome! The doctor was so encouraging and kind, and he instilled confidence in me to try contacts which no eye doctor had ever done before. The receptionist, I wish I remembered her name but she was excellent as well! She was very sweet and made me laugh. I felt extremely comfortable here, and I will be back and will be telling everyone about them.
