Great experience! I forgot the young lady's name, but she was awesome the first time I came in last year to buy glasses so I came back again this year for lense replacement on another set I had. She even went above and beyond to show me how to replace the nose pads. Great service and definitely 5 stars!

Many thanks to Loni for such amazing customer service this afternoon. My sunglasses had lost a screw and she took so much time to patiently locate the correct size screw to put me back out into the sunshine in style!

Initial visit was good, Got frames and high index lenses for about $330 after insurance allowance. Second visit to pick up the new glasses and one of the lenses has some type of defect which I immediately pointed out. "No problem" they said we will just send it back and get it fixed. Third visit to pick up glasses, I can see through them clearly so I take them home. Realize the defective lens they replaced is not even installed properly in the frame and is protruding way too far. Fourth visit, I'm frustrated by this point, I bring it in and explain the lens isn't seated properly. She "pops" it back in and it looks like finally the glasses are correct. No they are not, the "popped in" lens is now loose in the frame and squeaky. Fifth visit, give me a full refund this is ridiculous. Refund given without issues so that was ok. On two of my visits there another customer was complaining that something was wrong with their new glasses. Also they did not adjust the glasses on my face or anything once I put them on. Every other place I have been does this, tweaks and bends the frame a little for best fit. So now I've been waiting a week for my money to be refunded back to my HSA account AND for the insurance claim to be reversed. Waste of time and money. AVOID

Same day service. I accidentally sat on my glasses and snapped the fishing line that holds up the lens together. Loni was able to fix the wire and repair glasses. Thank you vision works I really recommend them

Michelle was amazing and provided the best honest opinion , all Single guys , Michelle will help you look good for your date ;) , she helped me decide the best pair which looks good on me and I would definitely recommend to come here , the eye doctor next door is great ! Great looking location and great people to help us ! Would definitely recommend
