The most friendliest receptionist ever !! Dr. Ross assistant was amazing and knew what she was doing. Dr. Ross, well he made me feel welcome and comfortable. Such a nice man. Doug was absolutely knowledgeable about the frames and was very helpful with my choice. Great time in Rockwall and could not be any happier with my first visit !!!!

The front desk are really friendly and helpful and Dr Moulders assistants perform their job taking all the test before you see Dr Moulder are top notch. Seems it's all about getting forms signed, but missing the mark that I / we are customers. Not just someone to process. Everyone wants to be seen (eye contact) & treated well. An excellent opportunity to change the dynamics. Every step of the process should be first class.

The people in that area of the clinic are just as friendly and helpful. Though not there that day, Dr. Britt has a first class eye care group.
