Friendly staff but...
GLASSES ARE WORSE THAN DOLLAR STORE QUALITY! Stay away. Corporate scammers at their best. One week later. They screw it in and falls out the next day. Every frame I bought is worse than tin foil

My wife is not satisfied with the service, from the beginning she had to wait a long time for someone to connect online and do her exam "the doctor" is from India or another country. When the glasses arrived they don't test if the prescription is good... then she has to do all process again to change the prescription cus it was wrong, Once the new lenses arrived, at the time of installing them they left the frame open that she feels that they fall off, she told them her discomfort and the workers had a bad attitude. I'll try to get a refund or guarantee, but I'm sure we won't go back there.

I recently had an eye exam and placed an order for glasses with Stanton in Rockwall. (1st and last time). The glasses were almost a week later than promised. The office manager was snarky and rude when I questioned her because when I first called they had no record of my order. Then the glasses were not the correct prescription. I could read the sample chart better with my old glasses. Very disappointing! I've been wearing glasses for more then 30 years and have never experienced anything like this.
