I lived in Rockwall for almost 30 years . And always used this location for my kids and now me . Sign says they take walkings . I showed up At 4:07 at the locations. Sign also says they Close at 5. . Both receptionist were on the computer . Didn't want to take me immediately said we are not taking anymore . They had no other patients on site : Other employees were pacing around and look bored. I mention it's was not close to 5 and the other Hispanic receptionist answered were not taking anymore . They acted like if they were gonna do me a favor . Thats bad business. Some better customer service is needed vs cutting off the customers question.

I've been using Dr. Nguyen for several years for my eye care. She is professional, knowledgeable and a very pleasant person to deal with. She takes her time and explains what she finds during my annual exams. I've found the exams to be low-stress and informative. Her staff is efficient and helpful. Two thumbs up for Dr. Nguyen!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen for over 15 years. She is absolutely wonderful! Very patient and thorough. I love her staff who are always so sweet, personable and and professional And she always leaves me and my family with a small nugget of knowledge regarding our eye and overall health. I highly recommended Dr. Nguyen if you are in need of a great ophthalmologist.

Amazing office! All the doctors are super kind. They explain everything, good or bad. They give great preventative tips. The office staff is amazing as well. Really sweet and super efficient! I will never go anywhere else for my yearly eye exam.

We have used her as our family optometrist for over ten years. She is thorough, easy to schedule with and always delightful! Her extended hours and lovely staff make it a wonderful experience all around! Never less than a Five Star visit.

Great customer service. The receptionists are very kind. The nurses/assistants were kind and professional. Dr Monica is professional, and very nice. I did not feel rushed and she took the time to answer my questions. Thank you for the great service!

Very friendly staff!! Courtesy and informative. Dr. Nguyen is a perfect set of humor and knowledge. Makes getting old not so bad!! She makes sure we can actually SEE our results. Great experience.

Let's start off by saying I was scared coming in. It's been 5+ years since I've had my eyes checked and Dr. Nguyen and the gang had all new technology making the process even faster. The lady's (Wowza) Really made me feel at home, we all watched H20 Mermaid together and laughed all the way through. Mrs. Dr Monica Nguyen came in I was nervous at first but she came to my rescue and informed me that my eye sight just like her smile was perfect. I'm 10/10 happy with my experience today and will come back later in life. Thank you!
