Staff was excellent! And I appreciate being able to reschedule so quickly when earlier appointment was canceled due to weather. I did feel unsafe trying to get into the building, but someone was clearing the sidewalks before I left. Thanks for sending the prescription I left without.

Not only is Dr. Jatla great, so is her staff. My insurance does not cover the cost of my medication, but Shelly was so helpful in helping me finding a prescription I could afford. I am so pleased that I chose to see care with Clarity Eye Center.

By far the worst medical facility ever encountered. Been with them for four years, and every year a new doctor. The last visit was the last straw. During the two visits prior to this one, the doctor was always 40+ minutes late, with the last close to two-hours only to cancel at the last minute and rescheduled for the next day. All the lab and testing had been done. I show up the next day, after being asked if I could come in early, which I did; and seen by a tech 40 minutes later; the same old routine. She started to tell me all she was going to do before I saw the doctor. I told her I had all the tests, pics, labs, etc. done yesterday and was here to see the doctor. She could not find any of the information from my visit the day earlier. I politely told her I was leaving, and would be moving to another doctor. I need eye care, but no one here seems to care. Today is the third time I have delt with this poorly run group. I can forgive and be patient, but three times and not knowing where my labs, test, etc. are then something is definitely wrong. On top of that, a poor woman showed up while I was waiting and tried to check in. She was told she did not have an appointment. She showed them the text she had received verifying the date and time, but they had no record of it. I was not surprised, having witnessed this before. So, if a group can send you text, phone messages and emails to remind you of your appointment, and state that if you reschedule less than 48 hours before you will have to pay a fee. All in all, giving the impression that they have you scheduled and ready to provide the services needed. Yet only to once again be extremely disappointed. All done with this practice, and on to better service and a practice that really cares.

This place deserves 0 stars! I took my grandmother here to see Dr. Jatla and the wait times were ridiculous! The medical assistant, Madison, could not have been more flat and condescending. I do not recommend this place and will be taking my grandmother elsewhere!

My daughter and I have been going to Clarity Eye Center for years as we both have diabetes and need annual eye care. We could not have chosen a better place to go than here. We both see Dr Jatla and she is the most caring and knowledgeable eye doctor you could possibly find! I have developed cataracts so naturally I will have her do my surgery and I am completely confident in her abilities. She and her amazing staff have always taken great care of us so I know they will do the same before, during and after my eye surgeries. Thank you, Dr Jatla and your team at Clarity!

It was very medically done. I have no pain at all. Dr.yard is the best. I love how she talk to us. So down to earth with us and makes me feel I'm important as a patient. I thank her so much. I will refer her always.

The preperation for my upcoming Cataract surgery was great. The lady handling the information packet had everything organized and ready to go. I had an early appointment to go over this information and they took me right in. I can update after the surgery, but for now I am very satisfied with their service.

Shelly at Clarity Eye Center is absolutely wonderful! Any time I need anything, she's incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and accurately. Her professionalism and genuine care make every interaction smooth and stress-free.
